In the forest fire cause of our country,the portable fire extinguisher has a high utilization rate,and it will also produce a series of diseases.A large number of studies show that the operator long-term exposured with hand vibration can cause disease in peripheral blood vessels,nerves or muscles because of the very bad working environment,manifested as hand peripheral circulation and arm dysfunction,collectively referred to as the hand arm vibration syndrome.Long term exposure to hand transmitted vibration will bring great harm to the operator,so it is necessary to carry out research on the characteristics from the perspective of ergonomics.This research studies the modeling method of hand transmitted vibration,and establish the arm vibration model with five degrees of freedom and the hand transmitted vibration experimental platform to study on the characteristics of hand transmitted vibration.In this paper,the human arm model of hand transmitted vibration is established,and the distributed vibration energy absorption.On this basis,the main work is as follows:1.According to the biological dynamics of arm system and human arm in the process of vibration on the vibration of the obstacle,in addition to the analysis of mechanical arm model,established five degrees of freedom vibration model of the human arm,get the hand transmitted vibration equation.2.Parameters for the identification of hand transmitted vibration equation in the design of a complete test system,the platform consists of signal generating device,vibration device,measuring device,grip strength neasurement system and acceleration acquisition equipment.3.The collected signals are analyzed by MATLAB,and the input and output data are used as the system identification.4.Finally.the arm model is validated and analyzed.Finally,the model is used to analyze the size of the distributed vibration energy absorbed by the human arm.
