For its excellent texture and unique value, Pinus koraiensis has won fame both at home and abroad. With peculiar constructive species, the natural broad-leaved Korean pine forests are mainly dominated by Pinus koraiensis and have rich diversity of species. In recent years, due to frequent human disturbance, the natural broad-leaved Korean pine forests have not really existed and the recovering progress is so slow. It is one of the important guarantees for recovering this top biological community to do a good job in Pinus koraiensis seed prediction and cultivating job of Korean pine forests. In order to study the fruiting law and output prediction of cones, this paper has set up six sample plots covering the area of50m×50m in the natural Korean pine forests of Liangshui National Nature Reserve. It has made investigation of each sample plot’s cone bearing, trees factors, stand factors and climatic factors. By adopting part of predecessors’ survey data, applying the mathematic methods of symbolic method, correlation analysis and regression analysis, from three aspects of different trees, stands and years, this paper has analyzed the relationship between cone strobilus production of Pinus koraiensis and stand factors, environmental factors and climatic factors. Combined with the meteorological data and cone strobilus production data of Pinus koraiensis in the past32years, taking the year as the treatment factor, by adopting factor screening method and regression analysis, it has established the measuring and forecasting model of Pinus koraiensis cone output based on the environmental factor. In order to provide more practical theoretical tool for reasonably guiding the Pinus koraiensis seed production, with the purpose of providing valuable scientific basis for allocating the Pinus koraiensis seed activity and predicting annual output, based on above data, the analysis result shows as follows:among six sample plots, under the same stand factors, with the decrease of tree height and DBH. the individual cone production increases, DBH and the cone production have a better fitting degree but we do not have enough data to analyze the change rule of cone production in different diameter grades; under the different stand factors, there are certain relations between the individual cone production and stand density&changing trend of stand ages while with common significance; in different years, the average individual cone production has dominant correlation of climate factors including the monthly average temperatures of May and June in that year, amount of precipitation in June of the previous year; by adopting the monthly average temperatures of May and June in that year to predict the output of mature cones, the regression relation is dominant. By taking the amount of precipitation in June of the previous year to forecast the cone output of the following year, it has a quite consistent variation tendency with the measured value.
