Pinus koraiensis is an important tree species in Northeast China. There are three main terrain environments which are the mountainous, the falt ground and the hummock. Due to the above factors, accumulation and redistribution of the main mineral nutrient can vary differently. An experiment was Selected1to2-year-old leaves and each layer of soils to study that it’s under the influence of different nutrient elements, the correlations between contents and storages of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium in leaves of Pinus koraiensis and mineral nutrient contents in soil in many northeast regions, which aim to approach the relationship between leaves weight, minerl elements level and available N, P, K in0~20,20~40,40~60cm different layers of soil. Result showed as follows:(1)Leaves weight have noting to do with contents of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium,so do available N, P, K of soil.(2)For the mountainous environment, the content of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium was not related to available N contents, but phosphorus contents of1-year-old needles was related to available P contents in0~20cm and40~60cm layers, phosphorus contents of2~year-old needles was related to available P, K in0~20cm layer; nitrogen contents of1-year-old needles was related to available K contents in40~60cm layer, nitrogen contents of2-year-old needles was related to available P in0~20cm layer; potassium contents have no relationship with available N, P, K in different soil layers. All of mineral nutrition storages in leaves have no matter with available nutrient.(3)For the falt ground environment, the content of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium was not related to available nutrient contents, but phosphorus storages of1-year-old needles was related to available N contents in40-60cm layer. All of nitrogen storages and potassium storages in leaves have no matter with available nutrient.(4)For the hummock environment, the content of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium was not related to available N, K contents. Phosphorus contents of2-year-old needles was related to available P contents in20~40cm and40~60cm layers. In addition, phosphorus storages and potassium storages of1-year-old needles was related to available K contents in40~60cm layer, nitrogen storages of1-year-old needles was related to available N contents in40~60cm layer. In summary, there are obvious distinctions betwee Pinus koraiensis needles and available N, P, K in different terrain environments, the results can provide the basis for Pinus koraiensis fertilization in different terrain environment.
