| This paper aims to study Scabiosa tschiliensis tolerance to heat, drought, salt and alkaline tolerance, then effect of seedling age and temperature treatment days blossom on flower bud differentiation and bolting in vernalization stage, in order to determine Scabiosa tschiliensis optimal seedling age and the best temperature treatment days. It provides the basis from Scabiosa tschiliensis flowering regulation, and has the important guiding sense and the realistic significance of its application in Landscape Architecture.In this paper, the Catalase activity, activity of superoxide dismutase, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde content, proline content and soluble protein content of six indicators and the membership function of comprehensive evaluation on three kinds of blue flower heat resistance, drought resistance and salt resistance. The test results show that, heat resistance sorting:Scabiosa japonica var alplna Ritz Rose> Scabiosa japonica var alplna Ritz blue> Scabiosa tschiliensis; drought tolerance sort:Scabiosa tschiliensis> Scabiosa japonica var alplna Ritz Rose> Scabiosa japonica var alplna Ritz blue; salt alkaline ranking: Scabiosa japonica var alplna Ritz Rose> Scabiosa tschiliensis> Scabiosa japonica var alplna Ritz blue.This paper uses two factors of no repetitive completely randomized design to study effects of different seeding age and low temperature treatment time on Scabiosa tschiliensis flower bud differentiation, so as to determine the optimum seedling age and the best treatment time in low temperature, for the regulation of flowering Scabiosa tschiliensis, counter season production and seed industry to provide theory on the basis of the relevant. The test results show that, Scabiosa tschiliensis by vernalization18leaves is the most suitable seedling age,50d is the optimal days in low temperature treatment.The test began to determine the content of a leaf soluble sugar, starch and protein per10d from feeling cold on the18and22leaf Scabiosa tschiliensis. The results show that, soluble sugar, starch and protein content of the18and22leaf are in the lower level in the duration of low temperature treatment, but the soluble sugar, starch and protein content are gradually increased after the end of low temperature treatment,, until50D it reached the highest value.Flower bud differentiation was observed on the22leaf plants after low temperature Od and50d. The results showed that after low temperature treatment, the end of Scabiosa tschiliensis shoot apical meristem is in the vegetative meristem stage. After low temperature of50d, Scabiosa tschiliensis grow about 30d-40d under natural conditions, shoot apical meristem transforms inflorescence primordium from leaf primordium. Low temperature of Od, Scabiosa tschiliensis is no change, but it was not found in the future. Scabiosa tschiliensis grow about45d under the natural conditions, terminal flower meristem formation of sepal and petal primordia. Scabiosa tschiliensis grow about45d-55d in natural conditions, terminal flower meristem height uplift, both sides symmetrical outward uplift is base generated stamen primordia.To sum up, after low temperature treatment, plants of Scabiosa tschiliensis complete vernalization under natural conditions, after growing the average of65d began bolting (it observe the top bud sheath wrapped to the naked eye as standard), plants are flowering after the average growth of26d, which indicates that the vernalization floral induction process of Scabiosa tschiliensis blossom time needs to the average91d from low end. |
