Four different genotypes of Chrysanthemum Tea was used as the experimental material. By watering the hoagland nutrient solution with different content of NaCl, we studied the tea growth, flowering, physiological and biochemical characteristics, photosynthetic response characteristics and the influence of biomass in different salt concentration of stress, and evaluated the four varieties of salt resistance. The results showed that:1, With the increase of NaCl stress treatment time, height of ’yurenmian’ showed a trend of growth, however with increasing levels of salt stress its growth rate decreases. With the increase of NaCl stress treatment time, crown diameter first increased after drop, The leaf number increased. However, with increasing levels of salt stress, the leaf number growth rate decreases. After the first increase in leaf area showed a decreasing trend with the increase of NaCl stress treatment time, Internode length decreasing overall. Superoxide anion content increases with the increase of NaCl stress treatment time. SOD activity increased at first and then rose during the fall. Relative conductivity, soluble sugar content does not change over time with increasing regularity.Various growth indicators and various physiological and biochemical indexes of ’yurenmian’ were35and21at the TSD of salt stress to significantly different levels under the salt stress, which were as a point of time in the four subsequent trials chrysanthemum tea salt tolerance screening indexes measured.2, Salt stress significantly affect the plant height, crown diameter, leaf number of chrysanthemum tea. With the increase of NaCl stress levels, different genotypes chrysanthemum tea plant height, crown width, number of leaves decreased, leaf area of ’rune’ was not change regularly, leaf area of ’fanbailu’ rise after fall then fall again,’huangchulong’ and ’yurenmian’ decline in overall performance. Internode length change of ’fanbailu’ is not obvious, the rest of the varieties was on the decline.Salt Stress significantly affected flower diameter, number of flowering, flower malformation rate, petal layers. With the increasing stress levels, flower diameter, number of flowering decline. Malformation rate showed an increasing trend, Malformation rate of yurenmian’ and ’faibailu’ Deformity rate rise is not obvious, and has no significant difference with the control. Petal layers showing an overall downward trend.With the increasing levels of NaCl stress, relative conductivity, MDA content, proline, soluble sugar content overall upward trend. Relative conductivity of ’huangchulong’ was significantly higher than other varieties. SOD content overall downward trend after the first rising. Chlorophyll content of ’ruhe’ and ’huangchulong’ overall downward trend,’yurenmian’ and ’fanbailu’ increased first and then decreased.With the increasing levels of NaCl stress, four varieties of net photosynthetic rate showed a significant downward trend,’ruhe’ decreases the smallest. Significantly decreased transpiration rate of all varieties, stomatal conductance decreased,’huangchulong’ first increased stomatal limitation after falling trend.Different NaCl stress intensity significantly affect the accumulation of chrysanthemum tea’s biomass.with increasing salt concentration, the root biomass decreased, aboveground biomass decreased. NaCl stress affect ’yurenmian’and ’fanbailu’ root of moisture was not significant,’ruhe’ and ’huangchulong’ moisture upward trend,’huangchulong’ ground moisture downward trend,’fanbailu’ under salt stress, did not change significantly. Root to shoot ratio showed a significant downward trend of ’yurenmian’, Shoot ratio averages of ’huangchulong’ and’faibailu’ show a downward trend, but the difference was not significant.Using the membership function of200mmol·L-1NaCl conducted under salt stress treatment evaluation, better distinguish the differences in salt tolerance between different varieties of chrysanthemum tea, salt tolerance of different genotypes from strong to weak ’ruhe’>’fanbailu’>’yurenmian’>’huangchulong’.
