2012-2013, in Shanxi Taigu we studied on jujube fruit sudden disease-the relationship between the atmospheric fluoride pollution and jujube black tip disease, the prevention and control effect of fluoride calcium supplements, and the chemical orientation of Ca2+cells in different disease levels of jujube fruit, the results were as follows:(1) The determination of atmospheric fluoride content in different regions:the highest Sigua village, the lowest Shanxi agricultural university nursery; There were significant differences in different parts of jujubes in the same area:leaf margin, leaf middle, fresh, pulp; There was no obvious rules to follow in the calcium content of different parts; But the calcium content of leaf was greater than fruit.(2)The prevention and control on black tip disease that induced by fluoride under different calcium supplements showed that spraying exogenous Ca(OH)2and CaCO3solution had certain effects to control black tip disease. Ca(OH)2was more effective than CaCO3when sprayed them in the same concentration. Spraying1%Ca (OH)2and CaCO3, the incidence and disease index of jujube black tip were the lowest.(3)The chemical localization of the Ca2+cell in normal jujube fruit and diseases jujube fruit in different levels showed that normal jujube fruit skin cells contained more Ca2+precipitation particles and uniform distributed along with cell wall, pulp cell contained fewer Ca2+precipitation particles; When the disease was level1, there was no significant difference between normal jujube fruit and disease jujube fruit in Ca2+precipitation particles; When the disease was level2, calcium precipitation particles were reduced in fruit; When the diseased reached4along with the increased disease spot,the flesh softened, the organelles disappeared, Ca2+precipitation particles was hardly found in jujube fruit.(4)The test of jujube black tip prevention and control showed that the higher concentration of calcium hydroxide was more effective; Under the same calcium but different concentration, the high concentration treatment was more effective than that in low concentration; Under the same calcium with the same concentration, adding liquid fruit bags was more effective than without that..
