The Effect Of Different Light Quality Conditions On The Astragalus Main Secondary Metabolite Contents

This paper takes Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.)Bunge as the study object(collected from Lizhu Astragalus base from Hunyuan, Datong, Shanxi Province) Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge is Shanxi genuine medicinal materials.Under the four different light quality,yellow,blue,white and the natural light.The thesis is to study the growth of Astragalus,and the three kinds of secondary metabolites content and related enzymes.Individual content,the activity of SOD, POD and CAT also.Aimed at screening of Astragalus can effectively increase the content of secondary metabolites light conditions. The results of the study are as follows:1. In the root of Astragalus of the whole growth period,the average activity of SOD,POD showed that:Yellow> Blue> Natural> White;In the aboveground part of Astragalus,the result show that:B>Y>W>N,the content of MDA in the aboveground is in low level.Yellow light and blue light membranes, influence of physiological indexes on Astragalus root is significant.2.In the root of Astragalus of the whole growth period,the dry matter weight showed that:the dry matter weight of Astragalus under the natural light is20.11g,Blue light is15%below than natural light, yellow light is16%lower than natural light, white light is lower16.76%than natural light.Light film has certain influence on the vegetative growth of Astragalus root, blue light film is slightly smaller affect than yellow light film.3.In the root of Astragalus of the whole growth period,the accumulation of flavonoids under yellow light is the highest.Blue light is lower than under yellow light. Flavonoid yield of Astragalus under blue lighe is the highest,18.99%higher than natural light.Flavonoid yield of Astragalus under yellow lighe is lower than blue light.Blue light membrane have a promoting effect on the accumulation of flavonoids. The accumulation of Astragalus flavone related enzymes PAL enzymes were positively correlated.4.1n the root of Astragalus of the whole growth period,the accumulation of Saponins class material under blue light is the highest,is4.26mg/g.It is6.3%higher than natural light.White light is5.6%higher than CK,yellow light is3.25%lower than CK.Saponins class material yield under blue light is the highest,1%higher than CK.Under white light is1.8%lower than CK.Yellow light is the lowest,1.9%lower than natural light.Blue light membrane have a promoting effect on the synthesis and accumulation of saponins kind material.5.In the root of Astragalus of the whole growth period,the accumulation of polysaccharide class material under natural light is the highest,is110.3mg/g,blue,yellow,white light is8.88%,14.14%,19.12%lower than natural light respectively.Polysaccharide class material yield is the same as the accumulation of polysaccharide.Natural conditions have a promoting effect on the accumulation of polysaccharide.
