This study mainly detected the status of six different plant growth regulators as additivefactors in the growth and development of Cordyceps militaris. On the whole physiologicalprocess from mycelia to solid, we explored the results of a series of physiological indicatorsabout vegetative and reproductive growth of Cordyceps which six different plant growthregulators affected, and investigated the mechanism of their growth-promoting.1. By adding different concentrations of chitosan oligosaccharide in the Cordycepsgrowth,.we measured mycelial average growth, stroma differentiation time, Stroma length,Stroma diameter, Stroma yield, SOD activity, CAT activity, MDA activity, production cycle,utilization rate of medium and biology efficiency and so on. So we could build a functionbetween chitosan oligosaccharide concentration and Cordyceps indicators, and explore theeffects of different concentrations of chitosan oligosaccharide in the Cordyceps Growth. Theresults showed that when the chitosan oligosaccharide concentration reached1.0mg/L,Cordyceps growth and development was the best, the stroma length was81.3mm, the stromadiameter was4.85mm, the stroma yield of every box was246.37g, SOD activity reached1465.0u/g, the utilization rate is37.99%, and biology efficiency reached82.12%.2. By measuring a series of physiological indicators on cordyceps growth, we couldbuild a function between sodium nitrophenolate concentration and Cordyceps indicators, andexplore the roles of different concentrations of sodium nitrophenolate in the cordyceps growth.The results showed that when the sodium nitrophenolate concentration reached4.0mg/L, thestroma length was82.3mm, the stroma diameter was4.12mm, the stroma yield of every boxwas248.04g, the CAT activity was the best that reached49.07u/g.min, production cycle was45d, the utilization rate was40.72%, and biology efficiency reached82.68%.3. By measuring the physiological indicators of mycelial average growth,Stroma lengthand SOD activity, we studyed the effects of different triacontanol concentrations to theCordyceps Growth. It was the best when the triacontanol concentrations reached1.0mg/L. And the stroma length was72.6mm,the stroma diameter was4.4mm, the stroma yield ofevery box was239.07g, the utilization rate was37.65%and biology efficiency reached79.69%.4. Buiding a function between tetramethyl glutaric aciduria concentration and Cordycepsindicators, we explored the influence of different tetramethyl glutaric aciduria concentrationsin the cordyceps growth. Cordyceps growth and development were the best when theconcentration reached1.0mg/L. And stroma differentiation time was15.5d, the stroma lengthwas82.3mm, the stroma diameter was4.41mm, the stroma yield of every box was249.63g,SOD activity reached769.6μ/g, production cycle was46d, the utilization rate was42.3%, andbiology efficiency reached83.21%.5. By detecting a battery of physiological indicators of stroma differentiation time,Stroma length and stroma yield, we studied the impacts of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoateconcentration in the growth and development of Cordyceps militaris. The results showed thatthe optimum concentration of sdiethyl aminoethyl hexanoate was2.0mg/L. In this case, thestroma length was79.6mm, the stroma diameter reached4.18mm, the stroma yield of everybox was245.89g, the utilization rate was40.09%, and biology efficiency reached81.96%.6. By measuring a battery of physiological indicators of the growth and development ofCordyceps militaris under different forchlorfenuron concentrations, we explored the regular ofdifferent concentrations of cforchlorfenuron in the growth and development of Cordycepsmilitaris. In this study, it was the best when the concentration reached5.0mg/L, and manyphysiological indicators were also better. The stroma length was85.0mm, the stroma diameterreached4.19mm, the stroma yield of every box was251.58g, the utilization rate was39.79%,biology efficiency reached83.86%, SOD activity gained6times more than the control, andMDA activity was the best,it,s11.11umol/g.The results suggested that it could promote the growth and development of Cordycepsmilitaris by using the six different plant growth regulators as an additive factors.
