In the past thirty years, aquaculture production in China has been among thehighest in the word. The increase of aquaculture species, the implementation ofintensive management and the improvement of aquaculture technology have become thedevelopment trend of aquaculture industry in our country. In aquaculture, waterenvironment directly affects the growth, development and reproduction of organisms,knowing the temperature profile in aquaculture ponds is very important.In order to comply with the strategic needs of energy saving and emissionreduction, innovating the pattern of traditional aquaculture, utilizing fully solar energyand energy saving technology in breeding is the inevitable choice of sustainabledevelopment. Greenhouse cultivation has become a new issue in the aquacultureresearch. This paper summarizes the latest research achievements at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of the region climate and the aquaculture greenhousetype, in view of the basic theory of mass-energy transmission etc, simplifying andrationalizing the relevant parameters correlated with the greenhouse, to research on therole of various factors on greenhouse microclimate, so as to provide theoreticalguidance for the scientific management of aquaculture greenhouse.For greenhouse microclimate, solar radiation is an important energy source. Theapplication of the relevant mechanism of solar energy is to the greenhouse microclimateresearch. This paper introduces detailed the calculation method of solar radiation, andinvestigates the redistribution of solar radiation in greenhouse.This paper expounds the mechanism of heat and moisture transfer process in theaquaculture greenhouse on the basis of the basic assumptions. Combining with thedomestic and foreign research productions, describing interrelated energy flux andparameters in the various parts of the greenhouse one by one, we construct an unsteadymathematical model of greenhouse microclimate under the dynamic perspective. Inaddition, the temperature distribution of the pond were simulated dynamically andresearched experimentally using the stratification model, as a result, the periodicvariation rule of water temperature was found.By Venlo greenhouse experimental verification of the model, the results showedthat: the model can simulate accurately mass-energy transfer process of the various part of the greenhouse, the simulation results are consistent with the experimental data, andit is a certain reference criteria to research the influence of the greenhouse inside andoutside environmental factors.
