Under the condition of low temperature, the storage effect of kiwifruit was affected by temperatureobviously. With the ‘Huayou’,‘Xuxiang’,‘Qinmei’,’Yate’,‘Jinxiang’ and ‘Hayward’ kiwifruit at0±0.5℃,1±0.5℃,2±0.5℃in the refrigerator storage as material, this experiment discussed thepreferencetemperature of cold storage of six varieties of kiwifruit by measuring the chilling injury rate and relatedphysiological parameters and the quality of the fruit. The results showed that:Under the condition of refrigeration, six varieties of kiwifruit occurred chilling injury all.‘Huayou’,‘Xuxiang’,‘Qinmei’,‘Yate’,‘Jinxiang’ and ‘Hayward’ occurred chilling injury from early to late. Storedthe same time, the chilling injury rate of ‘Huayou’is maximum, and the chilling injury is serious,‘Huayou’is not resistant to storage.‘Xuxiang’,‘Qinmei’,’Yate’ and ‘Hayward’ cold resistance is reduced in turn..Stored the same time,the chilling injury is alleviated in turn.The chilling injury rates of six varieties of kiwifruit at0℃are the biggest, center at1℃, theminimum at2℃, but the difference is not obvious (P>0.05).Under different temperature conditions, the six varieties of kiwifruit have different physiological andquality changes during storage. The hardness and titratable acid content of ‘Xuxiang’,‘Qinmei’,‘Yate’ and‘Hayward’ kiwifruit at0℃were higher than those at1℃and2℃. And the SSC content, weight loss rate,respiration rate and ethylene release rate, relative membrane permeability, MDA content, PPO activity at0℃w ere the lowest at0℃, those at1℃and2℃were higher in turn. The hardness and titratable acidcontent of ‘Jinxiang’ and ‘Huayou’ at1℃were higher than those at0℃and2℃.The SSC content,weight loss rate, respiration rate and ethylene release rate, relative membrane permeability, MDA contentand PPO activities of ‘Jinxiang’and ‘Huayou’ fruit at0℃were the lowest,those at0℃and2℃rose inturn.The refrigerated preference temperature of ‘Jinxiang’ and ‘Huayou’ is1℃, that of ‘Xuxiang’,‘Qinmei’,’Yate’ and ‘Hayward’ is0℃.
