Research On Related Issues Of Green Area In Eight Harbin Residential Quarters

Recently, there are some problems about quality and management of residential green building in Harbin. It have influence on the construction and application about ecological and garden city. So, some representative residential quarters were choosed as the study object after the early research. And the research performance can provide the practical reference and theoretical basis to construction of ecological garden city.Based on the prophase reseach on the40residential quarters,8residential quarters were choosed, it is Xincheng Garden, Yiju jiayuan, Shuanglong Green home,Yaoliu Jiayuan,Dazhong xincheng, Huizhan Jiayuan, Lihui Meiluowan, Taishan Jiayuan. They are,and occupy a big proportion of the residential area in the city. The average price of house in these residential quarters is less expensive than the rate in whole city. According to the post used evaluation, adopting literature, field investigation, questionnaire investigation, interview survey, comparative study. It mainly resarch the constitution of green space, planar and vertical structure of plant community, seasonal landscape and management of green space. Simultaneously, residents strcture, using time of green space, behavioral pattern, preferences for different types of green space, cognition to green space functions and satisfaction about green space were studied. And the research result is:1.The plant species composition:8residential cases use107kinds of plant, which belongs to33families and65genera. There are58kinds of native species, accounting for72.5%of the total; and40kinds of trees and shrubs for74.8%total number in plant kinds. The ratio between evergreen species and deciduous species is1:3, the kinds of trees is equal to shrubs; and there are25kinds of grass and flowers, accounting for22.3%of the total. The high frequency of trees and shrubs in8cases is:Picea koraiensis, Ulmus pumila, Poplus alba’Berolinensis’; Salix matsudana, Betula platyphylla, Syinga reticulata var. amurensis, Padus maackii, Malus baccata, Syringa oblata, Syringa pubescens subsp. microphylla, Forsythia mandschurica, Amygdalus triloba, Ligustrum obtusifolium subsp. suave, Acer ginnala etc. The stability of plant community is good, species of trees and shrubs is rich, ground cover lack variety slightly.2.Horizontal structure,vertical structure and season landscape in green area:In the green space, green rate is in the range of30%-42%, which reach the national standard, but don’t reach the ecological livable standard (green rate≥70%). Horizontal structure:the location is rational distribution.80%of public green sapace is open forest or lawn, green space among houses configuration form is rich, road and special green area are most of open forest and lawn. Vertical structure:70%of green area are stratified form. The configuration rationality:the plants between houses of a part of cases are too big, which leads to block out light and visual field, and the trees and facilities where residents willing to stay in summer are lack. On Seasonal landscape aspect, it is important to improve the residential landscape in Harbin, which increase the color reflects in green.3cases such as:Xincheng Garden, Dazhong xincheng, Lihui Meiluowan are good, and others are bad.3.The maintenance and management of green space:it is the most important aspect about affect green area visage and residents’ satisfaction. Replanting update, clip plastic, removing impurity cleaning, pest control are to be improved. And there is a great conflict between man-made damage and maintenance management.4.Residents in the green space characteristics and cognitive situation on related issues: The elderly and children are the high frequency group, it’s45.2%and18.5%. Residents at night using the green space has the highest frequency (37%), followed by early morning (29%) and forenoon(20%),82.2%of the activity is rest, chat, entertainment.45.1%of residents are in public green space, and ut is found that the use of homesite greenbelt rate is low(20.2%), and the residents are look forward to ecological function(53.2%) and landscape function(33.9%) of green space. Space partition(5.6%), self-realization(4.8%), social function (2.4%) are less important.5.Satisfaction about green area:establishing a FAHP model, five functions are targets to assement. Dazhong xincheng is the best of all(L1), Xincheng Garden and Lihui Meiluowan are L2, Shuanglong Green home, Yaoliu Jiayuan and Taishan Jiayuan are L3, Yiju jiayuan is L4, Huizhan Jiayuan is worst of all(L5). We should shall widely publicize the green experience, and learn from the better cases.6.According to the analysis of the case investigation, there are some problems about ecological benefits, rational configuration, landscape beauty and maintenance management, and we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for above4aspects. Increase the greening rate and plant species; Focus on plant height and distance in space between the house, combination green area among houses and activity facilities to improve the utilization of green area, before and after design, joining in public participation; Choose appropriate local wild flower resources, increase the application the plant which have obvious seasonal characteristics; Making landscape of low maintenance, and put forward the method of green land adoption to solve the difficult problems of poor residential green space maintenance and management.
