The results show that.1With the growth of fruit, the content of soluble sugar and reducing sugar increase gradually. They reached the highest level at145d after flower, then the content reduced; the content of starch decreased fruit qrowing period. The content of total sugar, reducing soluble and starch of control fruit higher than the treatment. The content of total sugar, reducing soluble and starch of plastic bagging fruit higher than the paper bagging fruit. With the growth of fruit, the content of cellulose, hemicellulose and pectin reduced, and content of cellulose, hemicellulose and pectin in different treatments were sets of paper bags<plastic bags<controls.
