Alfalfa and smooth bromegrass were used to study the yield and quality of the mixture grassland in order to comprehensively and truly react the feeding value of the grassland,and provide the actual production guidance about establishing grass-legume mixture grassland,and deciding the optimal mixture combination and the optimal harvesting time. The results showed as following:Alfalfa was a main kind of grass about deciding the biomass of mixture grassland. Mixed seeding can not only improve the productivity, but also can improve significantly the crude protein content of forage and increase the nitrogen fixing capacityPlant height between40cm row distance in the alternate raw drilling was the highest while same raw drilling with30cm row distance.. The standard deviation of plant height mowed from mixed seeding grassland in the second year was significantly higher than that in the first year, and the uniformity of plant height decreased.The yield with different row spacing in same raw drilling washigher than that in alternate row drilling, and increased significantly with the increase of growth period.The yield between30cm row distance in the alternate raw drilling was the highest while same raw drilling with20cm row distance..The fresh forage yield of alfalfa was significantly higher than that of smooth bromegrass in the mixture grassland.With the increase of growth period, the mixed component proportion of alfalfa increased, while that of smooth bromegrass proportion decreased. The proportion of smooth bromegrass significantly lower than that of alfalfa.
