bagged with paper bag was significant higher than pericarp flesh tissue in some development stages. In the early stages (85-105days after full bloom), the content of sorbitol in pericarp flesh tissue of control fruit was significant higher than bagging fruit except105days after full bloom, and the content of sorbitol in core flesh tissue of control fruit was significant lower than bagging fruit from105days to125days after full bloom. Lots of sorbitol in apple fruit was accumulated in the late development stage, the content of sorbitol in bagging apple fruit was great significantly higher than unbagged apple fruit;4. The single apple fruit weight bagged with paper bag was significantly lower than unbagged apple fruit, the micro-environment which created by paper bag reduced fruit sink strength and the internal quality of the fruit although increased the volume of fruit; The single apple fruit weight bagged with plastic film bag was not significantly different from unbagged apple fruit, the micro-environment which created by plastic film bag has no significant effect fruit sink strength.
