Effects Of CPPU,TDZ And Different Bagging Methods On Fruit Growth And Development Of ’shine Muscat’

In this study,’Shine Muscat’was used as experimental material.The’Shine Muscat’was sprayed with different concentrations of GA3,CPPU and TDZ,and bagged with four different fruit bags(green paper bag,white paper bag,green umbrella bag and white umbrella bag)in four different periods(June 10,June 17,June 24 and July 1,2020)to study the effects of bagging treatment and GA3,CPPU,TDZ on the fruit growth of’Shine Muscat’,and provide theoretical support for grape cultivation.The main results are as follows.1.Different concentrations of CPPU had significant effects on fruit quality of’Shine Muscat’in the ripening period.In a certain concentration range,when the concentration of GA3 and TDZ remained unchanged,and CPPU concentration was changed only,CPPU concentration was positively correlated with fruit color and brightness,and the fruit tended to be yellowish green,but CPPU concentration was negatively correlated with soluble solid content.In the ripening period,the fruit shape index was significantly increased by GA3treatment,and the fruit shape was oval.GA3,TDZ and CPPU combination treatment can effectively promote fruit expansion,significantly increase longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter,it also can increase single fruit quality and seedless rate,and improve fruit brightness and color,but reduce soluble solids and titratable acid content.Fruit shape index is small,and fruit is round.2.Different concentrations of TDZ had significant effects on fruit quality of’Shine Muscat’in the ripening period.Within a certain concentration range,when the concentration of GA3 and CPPU remained unchanged and the concentration of TDZ changed alone,the concentration of TDZ had a negative correlation with fruit shape index and a positive correlation with fruit seedless rate.In terms of fruit coloring,TDZ had no significant effect on fruit color and red-green color difference.The combined use of GA3,CPPU and TDZ can improve fruit chroma and yellow-blue difference to a certain extent,and the effect is more significant than GA3 alone.The treatment of 20 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU+3 mg/L TDZ in the ripening period and 25 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU two weeks after flowering had a better effect.3.Bagging time and fruit bag type affected the change of substance content during grape growth.The bagging period had no significant effect on fruit quality in the mature period,and the fruit bag type had a certain influence on fruit quality in the mature period.The treatment of white paper bag which treated in late June was beneficial for reducing the content of titratable acid in fruit.The treatment of white umbrella bags promoted grape ripening in advance to a certain extent and was beneficial to increase fruit soluble solid content when treated in early June.The treatment of green paper bag and white paper bag after late June was conducive to the uniformity of fruit coloring.In the late bagging period and umbrella bagging treatment,the fruit was easy to be pecked by birds,infected with diseases and insect pests,and had sunburn phenomenon,which seriously affected grape production.In conclusion,the treatment of 20 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU+3 mg/L TDZ in the ripening period and 25 mg/L GA3+5 mg/L CPPU two weeks after flowering applies to treat the’Shine Muscat’,which effectively promote fruit enlargement and color uniformity,improve single fruit quality,seedless percentage and soluble solids content.It is suggested to use green paper bag or white paper bag to treat’Shine Muscat’grapes in late June.
