This study proposed by in vitro fermentation experiment, feeding experiment andmetabolism experiment, to explore the effects of diet adding pine needle powder and soybeanoil in rumen fermentation, production performance, manure and methane emissions ofShanbei White Cashmere Goats, and thus to explore the application of pine needle powderand soybean oil in Shanbei White Cashmere Goats diets. This research includes twoindependent experiments.Experiment1.to research the influence of pine needle powder extract and linoleic acid inrumen fermentation by the method of in vitro gasIn the experiment,4Shanbei White Cashmere Goats which body condition were good,similar weight and install a permanent rumen fistula were selected as rumen fluid donor sheep.Collection of4test sheep rumen fluid after fully mixed and then added different concentrationgradient of condensed tannins, linoleic acid and the mixture of condensed tannins and linoleicacid. To measure fermentation parameters (pH value, ammonia nitrogen and VFA), gasproduction and methane yield. The results showed that:(1)Adding condensed tannins and linoleic acid on pH value and ammonia nitrogen hadno significant influence (P>0.05).But significantly influenced the rumen total volatile acid,acetic acid and propionic acid content (P<0.05); butyric acid and ethylene propylene than nosignificant influence (P>0.05). Add condensed tannins and linoleic acid had lower rumenamount of total volatile acid, acetic acid, butyric acid and ethylene propylene than trend;buthad the trendence of increasing rumen propionic acid content.(2)Add condensed tannins and linoleic acid significantly reduced gas production andmethane production (P<0.05). Compared with control group, add the condensed tannins,linoleic acid, condensed tannins and linoleic acid mixture respectively reduces the largest gasproduction rate of16.77%,13.78%,15.76%,46.37%,34.28%,62.26%in methane production.Experiment2. add pine needle powder and soybean oil in shanbei white down producinggoat production performance and the influence of faeces and urine and methane emissionsIn the experiment,36Shanbei White Cashmere Goats which body condition were good,similar weight just1full year of life period were selected randomly and divided into four treatment groups. In which group A is the control group, was fed with based diet; group B,group C and group D are experimental groups, were fed with98%basal diet+2%soybean oil,98%basal diet+the mixture of1%pine needle powder and1%soybean oil,98%basaldiet+2%pine needle powder respectively. Test the feed intake of sheep and left shoes, andsampling, the determination of dry matter intake. According to the determination of SF6technology methane emissions, digestion experiment was carried out at the same time. Theresults showed that:(1) The group B, group C and group D of Northern Shaanxi White Cashmere Goatsintake was significantly (P>0.05). The group B, group C was significantly higher test weightgain (P <0.05),3experimental groups have improved daily gain trend test were comparedwith an increase of18.94%in group A,18.17%and4.13%. Compared with the control group,three experimental groups had lower feed conversion trend was not significant (P>0.05).(2) The group B, group C and group D of shanbei white goat diet energy, apparentdigestibility of dry matter and crude fat affect the difference was not significant (P>0.05);Compared with control group, the group B and group C test of shanbei white goat digestiverate of crude protein and neutral detergent fiber, significant difference (P<0.05), the group Ddifference was not significant (P>0.05), compared with the control group the group B acidwashing fiber digestion rate increase significantly (P<0.05), the group C and group Ddifference was not significant (P>0.05). But three experimental group were increased nutrientdigestibility trend. The group B significantly improves the energy metabolic rate (P <0.05),the group C and group D difference was not significant (P>0.05), but has a tendency toincrease the energy digestibility.(3)3patients serum biochemical indicators no significant influence (P>0.05).(4) The group B, group C and group D units dry matter intake of shanbei white goatwaste emissions, emissions from urine and feces total emissions had no significant influence(P>0.05), but the experimental group had a tendency to reduce the unit weight of the manureemissions, than the control group was reduced by14.95%,14.95%and14.95%respectively;The group B and group C unit weight methane emissions significantly lower than that ofcontrol group (P<0.05), the experimental group A decreased by40.74%and40.74%respectively, while the group D with the control group no significant difference (P>0.05), butdecreased by14.82%than the control group.
