As the research related to study on thehereditary stability、 restorative and male sterility genes TA1and TA2expressioncharacteristics of two-line male sterile line BNS wheat by means of time sowing of BNS、cross between BNS and male BNSB、cross between BNS and male680conventionalcultivars (including99promising restoring lines of732A)、reciprocal cross between BNSand YS type thermo-photo-sensitive male sterile line732A、means of fluorescence qRT-PCRtaking the anthers of BNS and732A as materials at four key developmental stages(tetradphase, uninucleated period, binucleated period and trinucleate period). The results showedthat: Time sowing delay could improve the contemporary seed sterility of BNS. The criticalstage to affect the self-seed rate of BNS may be booting stage to heading stage. The BNSB1、BNSB2and BNSB6were BNS natural mutant strains and were maintainer lines of BNS.Promising restorer lines of BNS were less. BNS was not K type male sterile wheat line. Therelative expression of TA1increased from tetrad phase to binucleated period could influencethe fertility of BNS and732A;The relative expression of TA2decreased from tetrad phase tobinucleated period could influence the fertility of BNS and increased from tetrad phase tobinucleated period could influence the fertility of YS. The key stage of pollen abortion mightbe "binucleated period"for sterile line BNS and YS. The influence degree of TA1for pollenabortion sterile lines BNS and732might be better than TA2. Gene TA1and TA2showedopposite effects on pollen abortion station of sterile line BNS,and were non-allelic genes inBNS genome. In pollen abortion station of sterile line732A,the situation of them was justsynergistic.
