The field plot test was conducted to study the tobacco and the soilof Yunyan87and HB cultivated varieties tabacco in different N treatments using the15N and the field buried bag method, aiming at finding out the best fit N for theYunyan87and the fertilizer nitrogen and the soil nitrogen contributing to the organsof the tobacco; also aiming at the best cultivated variety in HB cultivated varieties andthe best fit for this cultivated variety, The main results were as follows:1. With the increasing of N fertilizer, the plant height, stalk width and theaccumulation of NPK of Yunyan87were all increasing. The effection of the Nfertilizer on the N in different organs was small and not stable. The rate of K in leaveswas reducing with the growth of tobacco. Appropriate rate of nitrogen could decreasethe rate of K in root.2. With the increasing of N fertilizer, the nicotine, the N, the K and theproduction of Yunyan87were all increasing, the total sugar and the reducing sugarboth decreasing. The low-nitrogen stress and more-nitrogen treatments could bothincrease the Cl in the leaves of the Yunyan87.In consideration of the production, Thebetter N treatment for Yunyan87is97.5kg/hm2.3. The mineralization of the N-NO3-1and the N-NH4+1were increasing in thecondition of a lot of rain and hot weather.4. The upper and the middle leaves absorbed fertilizer nitrogen mainly, the underleaves absorbed the fertilizer nitrogen mainly in the three months after planting, atlater stage, all organs absorbed soil nitrogen mainly. The laws of the N in the leaves inall stage was under leaves<middle leaves<upper leaves, the N in the leaves wasdecreasing with the growth of the tobacco. The upper leaves depended on the soilfertilizer mostly.5. The dry matter of the three cultivated varieties were all root<stem<underleaves<middle leaves<upper leaves in different treatments. In the vigorous growth, the HB061,s dry matter of the root, stem and the leaves were all higher than the othertwo cultivated varieties. The N in the upper leaves, stem and the K in the upper andmiddle leaves were highest in the HB061.The P in all the leaves and the K in the root were all highest in the HB023.The tendency of the K in all organs is root<stem<upper leaves<under leaves<middle leaves. The N in all leaves was higher in thehighest N treatment for the three cultivated varieties.6. The N-NO3-1and the N-NH4+1in0-20cm dept and20-40cm dept were notsimilar with the N treatments in all cultivated varieties. At the harvest time, theN-NO3-1and the N-NH4+1in0-20cm dept were much less than the first tine, thetendency of the N-NO3-1and the N-NH4+1were HB061>HB023>HB086.
