| For the study of the effects of combined organic and inorganic fertilizer on soil nitrogen supply and quality of tobacco leaves, establish reasonable organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer with technology. Choosing NC55, a variety of flue-cured tobacco, to use as the material, a intensive study on bean cake and inorganic fertilizer on nitrogen supply and tobacco leaf quality was located in Pangjiazhuang, Anqiu, Weifang, in 2013-2014. The result showed that:1. In this experiment(5 treatments), the effects of different ratio of combined application of soybean cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer on inorganic nitrogen supplication and related enzyme activity in tobacco planting soil were studied, in 2013. That results showed that: the soil inorganic nitrogen content maximized at 50 th day after tobacco transplanting, and the treatment of 30% bean cake and 70% inorganic fertilizer had the highest content than others. The soil sucrase, urease and nitratase activity of the treatment of only inorganic fertilizer used were always below than other treatments. Combined application of 70% soybean cake and 30% inorganic fertilizer has higher sucrase, urease and nitratase activity than others in the tobacco growing critical period.2. In 2014, double closed-top tube incubations was used to study the different proportion of bean cake and fertilizer in plant smoke in the soil nitrogen mineralization process, the results showed that: compared with fertilization of only chemical fertilizer treatment, bean cake fertilizer can improve flue-cured tobacco soil nitrogen variation amount in antecedent prosperous period. Too high or too low proportion of bean cake application made soil nitrogen fixed quantity greater than the amount of mineralization that was not good for tobacco growth needed nutritional requirements. The using of bean cake could improve soil nitrogen mineralization amount, fixed amount in the whole the process. Too high or too low proportion of bean cake application had a tendency to increase soil nitrogen fixation and nitrogen variation tend to be smaller.3. In 2014, the effects of different ratio of combined application of soybean cake fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer was studied on growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and tobacco leaf quality. The results as follows: application of bean cake could improve the SPAD values of different growth period of tobacco plant, high ratio(> 50%) dosage of bean cake could delay SPAD value to reduce after the transplanting of tobacco plant for 60 days. 70% bean cake and 30% inorganic fertilizer treatment has the highest leaf area index of tobacco plant. 70% bean cake and 30% inorganic fertilizer of tobacco plant root, stem, leaf and whole plant dry matter accumulation was the most favorable in different periods. 40% bean cake and 60% inorganic fertilizer treatment can produce the minimum dry matter accumulation in the root, stem, leaf and whole plant in different periods of tobacco plant. 70% bean cake and 30% inorganic fertilizer treatment highest root-shoot ratio in each period of after tobacco transplanting, 70% bean cake and 30% inorganic fertilizer treatment was the minimum. With the increase of the dosage of the bean cake, the total sugar, reducing sugar, the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine reduce. When the sugar content in flue-cured tobacco sugar content was higher than that of high quality flue-cured tobacco suitable conditions, the larger dosage of bean cake could produce more coordinating flue-cured tobacco chemical composition. The using of bean cake fertilizer could increase the total aroma substances of carotenoid, phenylalanine, brown reaction product class of flue-cured tobacco, the neophytadiene, cembranoids. Fertilization of only bean cake treatment had the best growth effect on flue-cured tobacco, and also had growth effect on cembranoids aroma substances. Appropriate ratio of bean cake fertilizer could improve the aroma quality in flue gas, aftertaste, lower offensive odor, irritant to improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco sensory and the effects on aroma quantity in gas, the combustibility of flue-cured tobacco, gray was week. Fertilization of only bean cake treatment could produce the highest quality flue-cured tobacco. Fertilization of only bean cake treatmens could not only make more harmonious flue-cured tobacco chemical composition, also could improve flue-cured tobacco amount of fragrances, produced the highest quality of flue-cured tobacco. The using of bean cake fertilizer can improve the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco.4. Considering influence on yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco production value of bean cake, recommended the use of bean cake fertilizer proportion was 20% to 50%. |
