In this study, we took the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.‘LuoYangHong’as our objectwhich used Paeonia broteri4years, Paeonia broteri3years and Paeonia ostii T.3years as stock,discussed the changes of the activities of microbial biomass carbon and rhizosphere soil enzyme of thegrafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr which used three kinds of stock in different growth period, andauthenticated the rhizosphere microbial PLFAs of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. in the entiregrowth period, and analyzed the relationship between soil enzyme and microbial biomass.the main resultswere as follows:(1) Studide the activities of rhizosphere soil enzyme of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. in the entiregrowth period, the results showed that different kinds of root stock had a big effect on rhizosphere soilenzyme of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr, in most of the time, there had significant differences onrhizosphere soil ureaseã€sucraseã€catalase of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr which used Paeoniabroteri and Paeonia ostii T.as stock,only in individual period there had no significant difference; theactivities of the rhizosphere urease of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. of three stock offereddescending firstly then upgrade latter tendency in the entire growth period; the activities of rhizospheresucrase of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. of three stock had differences and the activity changesof rhizosphere catalase and urease of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. of three stock showed similartrends, in leaf-expansion period and blooming period did not change significantly, after the trough indormant period, started to increase obviously,reached the maximum in deciduous period.(2) Studide the activities of rhizosphere soil enzyme of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which usedPaeonia ostii T. and Paeonia broteri as stock in each period,the results showed that in leaf-expansionperiod,the activities of the three kinds of rhizosphere soil enzyme were in the level of: sucrase> catalase>urease; the activities of the three kinds of rhizosphere soil enzyme of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosaAndr. which used Paeonia broteri4years as stock were the highest, the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.which used Paeonia ostii T.3years as root stock took second place, the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.which used Paeonia broteri3years as root stock were the lowest;in blooming and dormant period, thethree kinds of rhizosphere soil enzyme activity of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which usedPaeonia ostii T. and Paeonia broteri asroot stock were in the level of; in growth period,the changes of therhizosphere sucrose and rhizosphere catalase were not obvious but the rhizosphere soil urease of the three kinds of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. increased greatly, relative to the activities of rhizospheresoil urease of Paeonia broteri3years increased by43.75%in dormant period, increased by37.50%toPaeonia ostii T.3years, increased by52.00%to Paeonia broteri4years; in deciduous period, theactivities of rhizosphere soil sucrase of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which used Paeonia ostii T.and Paeonia broteri as stock had certain amplitude increase compared to the last period, the urease andcatalase had significant increaseing,overall the activity of rhizosphere soil enzyme of the grafting Paeoniasuffruticosa Andr. which used Paeonia broteri4years as root stock were the higher than Paeonia ostii T..(3) The rhizosphere Studide the rhizosphere microbial community PLFAs of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr,the results showed that acquired60kinds rhizosphere microbial PLFAs of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.in the entire growth period. descending firstly then upgrade latter tendency in the entire growth period Thetendency of the rhizosphere microbial PLFAs total content of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.Therhizosphere microbial PLFAs total content of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. as three different of root stockwas Paeonia broteri4years>Paeonia ostii T.3years> Paeonia broteri3years.In blooming therhizosphere microbial PLFAs total content of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which used the Paeoniabroteri4years as root stock were the highest, than the same period of the Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.which used Paeonia broteri3years andPaeonia ostii T.3years as root stock respectively aboved48.12%and11.91%.The Principal component analysis of rhizosphere microbial PLFAs of the Paeonia suffruticosaAndr. acquired7Principal components,the highest proportion and most important were Principalcomponent1and Principal component2,their cumulative was55.48%.(4) Studide the rhizosphere soil microbial biomass carbon of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. whichused Paeonia ostii T. and Paeonia broteri as stock in the entire growth period, the results showed thatrhizosphere soil microbial biomass carbon of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which used Paeoniaostii T. and Paeonia broteri as stock had significant differences in each period,from the view of the entiregrowth period, rhizosphere soil microbial biomass carbon were in the level of: Paeonia broteri4years>Paeonia ostii T.3years>Paeonia broteri3years. The changes of rhizosphere soil microbial biomasscarbon of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which used Paeonia broteri3years and Paeonia broteri4years as stock showed similar trends: increased firstly and reduced at last, then did it again; therhizosphere soil microbial biomass carbon of the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr which used Paeoniaostii T.3years as stock was a bit different from the grafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which usedPaeonia broteri as stock,then changed into the same trend in dormant period.(5) Analyzed the correlation between rhizosphere soil enzyme and microbial biomass carbon of thegrafting Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. which used Paeonia ostii T. and Paeonia broteri as root stock, theresults showed that the microbial biomass carbon and the total content of PLFAs were significantlypositive correlation,the correlation coefficient was0.531;rhizosphere soil catalase and urease were highly significant correlation, the correlation coefficient was0.726. |
