The field experiments was conducted in central Henan province in2012-2013,it was carried out to investigate the effect of different wheat straw ofrotten on soil bulk density,the soil organic carbon,microbial C、N,root growthdistribution and the output value, physical properties, chemical compositions, neutralaroma components, the sensory quality of the leaf, the results as follows:1The effect of different rotten wheat straw on Soil physical and chemical propertiesApplication of wheat straw of rotten treatment decreased the topsoil bulk density, improvedwater-holding capacity, and most of the period between administrations straw determination andcontrol of soil bulk density difference was significant or very significant level, and with theincreasing amount of straw, soil bulk density tends to decrease.The application of rotten wheat straw treatment increased the soil organic carbon content, thesoil microbial biomass carbon and the soil microbial biomass nitrogen content, especially in thepre-cured tobacco grown greatly improves the soil microbial biomass nitrogen content. With theincreasing amount of straw, WSOC content showed an increasing trend. Flue-cured tobaccogrown in the early, the soil microbial biomass carbon and the soil microbial biomass nitrogencontent have increasing trend with the increasing amount of straw; Flue-cured tobacco grown inthe late, When the amount exceeds6000kg/ha straw, it reduced the soil microbial biomass carbonand the soil microbial biomass nitrogen content.2The effect of different rotten wheat straw on flue-cured tobacco agronomic traits.The application of rotten wheat straw promoted the growth and development of flue-curedtobacco significantly. With the increase of the amount of rotten wheat straw, tobacco plant height,stem girth, leaf number and leaf length and leaf width had the trend to increase.3The effect of different rotten wheat straw on root growth of flue-cured tobaccoDuring the flue-cured tobacco growth period both root length and root dry weight showed acertain rule changes, The maximum root length comply with the law of logarithmic function curve,root dry weight comply with the law of power function curve, the application of rotten wheatstraw can not change these laws. Root volume also presents certain rule the application of rottenwheat straw can adjust the volume of root growth law.Flue-cured tobacco roots in the horizontal direction is mainly concentrated in the depths of0-10cm, the vertical direction mainly in the range of10-30cm, with the extension of field growthperiod, root at all levels developed differently. Topping promotes root development in the vertical direction at10-30cm obviously.Flue-cured tobacco root had significantly correlation with stem dry weight、 leaf dry weightand total dry weight. The application of rotten wheat straw treatment Promote flue-cured tobaccoroot growth, increases in tobacco root length, root volume, and root dry weight, especially in thevertical direction20~30cm, horizontal root development at0~10cm significant role inpromoting. With the increase in the amount of wheat straw decomposition, tobacco shoot ratioshowed an increasing trend.4The effect of rotten wheat straw on nitrogen uptake and utilization of mineral elements offlue-cured tobaccoApplication of rotten wheat straw greatly facilitated the accumulation of mineral elements,the rotten wheat straw to absorb the impact of various mineral fertilizer elements in variousdifferent parts of the flue-cured tobacco. Which promotes the absorption of trace elements in theroot of the absorption of a large number of elements had no significant effect, on the stems andleaves absorb mineral elements showed no obvious rule.Different amount of rotten wheat straw on the nitrogen utilization of tobacco have differenteffects, but contrast with conventional fertilization, it increased the nitrogen harvest index,apparent utilization of nitrogen, nitrogen agronomic efficiency and partial productivity, reducingdependency rate of soil nitrogen impact on nitrogen utilization was no significant trend.5The effect of different rotten wheat straw on the yield of flue-cured tobaccoAdding of rotten wheat straw can significantly improve the yield of flue-cured tobacco andthe proportion of superior tobacco, T3, T4’s superior tobacco raise the proportion of larger, but thedifference between treatments did not reach significant levels; From the yields point of view,between T3andT4treatments differences was not significant, but the differences between theother treatments to achieve a significant level.6The effect of different wheat straw of rotten on the quality of flue-cured tobaccoLeaf weight and leaf quality single leaf weight are T3, T4treatment was the highest, both inperformance between parts of inconsistencies.Compared with conventional fertilization, application of rotten wheat straw decreased thetotal nitrogen and nicotine content in upper leaves, increased total sugar, reducing sugar andpotassium content, but the difference between each treatment administered little straw.Content of aroma neutral application of straw were higher than conventional fertilization,browning reaction products, Cypress alkanes and middle leaves neophytadiene, degradationproducts were promoted with the amount of straw increased, within a certain range, carotenoiddegradation products and upper leaves neophytadiene, degradation products was promoted with the amount of straw increased, when the amount of straw over6000kg/hm2, its content hasdecreased. Overall, the total amount of neutral aroma components to handle the highest T3inupper leaves, the highest T4in middle leaves.The tobacco aroma flavor、Flavor characteristics、the quality of aroma, the amount of aromawere highest T3. Within a certain range, by administering rotten wheat straw, reducing tobaccoQingza gas, Kujiao gas, but increased Shengqing gas. On the whole,the Miscellaneous gas waslowest T3.from the Characteristics of tobacco aroma, T3treatment of upper leaves to best and T4treatment of middle leaves to best. The Straw application reduces the irritation of upper leaves,improved aftertaste upper leaves. In summary,the best treatments to T3.7Soil dissolved organic carbon content and the content of tobacco Neutral preliminaryexploration between fragrant substancesBetween middle leaves neutral aroma and soil organic carbon content have different degreepositive correlation. Between upper leaves carotenoid degradation products, browning reactionproducts, cypress alkanes and soil organic carbon have a strong positive correlation.
