With the development of modern agriculture gradually moving to mechanize andintelligent, greenhouse as an important aspect of the agricultural facilities, has an importantsignificance in the development of modern agriculture. Soilless cultivation technology is amethod that not using natural soil, with or without the use of a matrix, and the root of plantsirrigated with nutrient solution or use other methods to planting crops. Greenhouse andsoilless cultivation technology combined to applying in modern agricultural production canoptimize the growth of crops and improve the quality of product. At present, foreigngreenhouse nutrient solution irrigation technology is more mature,and the development ofour country is relatively slow, so based on our current situation, we need to produce thelow-cost, high-efficiency equipment.Expanding research of the issue on intelligent greenhouse nutrient solution irrigationequipment, master works of control system and study deeply from several aspects, the maincontents follows:First, giving the brief description of greenhouse soilless cultivation technology andproposing the prospects of greenhouse drip irrigation technology, analyze the preparation ofnutrient solution and two important indicators given during the preparing process ofnutrient solution is concentration and PH. Study control system of intelligent greenhousenutrient solution drip irrigation equipment.Next, analyze the hardware design of control system, including the selection of thecontrol unit, the measuring electrode and the sensor, describing several major circuits incontrol system and giving the circuit diagrams.Again, in the software design of control systems, the whole working process isexplained and giving an intuitive flowchart; Using the fuzzy control technology into thesystem, analyzing temperature in the greenhouse environment by fuzzy control and fuzzyPID control; Adding the design of serial communications to expand the communicationinterface between the control system and externaldevices.Last, using Simulink function of Matlab software to establish simulation model oftemperature in greenhouse by fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control, analyzing andcomparing with the output curve. ensuring the premise of control system works normally,little affected by environmental interference.
