Planting vegetables in traditional agriculture is dependent on soil.However,with the soil problems of continuous cropping showing up,to research and develope a new facility intelligent agricultural greenhouse has become an important issue that developing competitively at home and abroad.Intelligent greenhouses accelerate the growth cycle of crops and even plant off-season crops through a variety of auxiliary equipment and means,which could significantly improve the economic benefits of crop cultivation.For the modernization of agriculture,it is not only necessary to rely on the intelligent control of traditional greenhouses,but also requires a targeted new planting program.Soilless cultivation just is the model to plant crops without traditional soil.It achieves the goal of removing soil dependence and making crops safe and environmentally friendly by hydroponic cultivation or other methods.In view of this,this paper focused on the study of intelligent greenhouse control systems for soilless cultivation of crops like butter lettuce.This paper presents an intelligent greenhouse control system of soilless cultivation based on embedded Linux.In terms of hardware design,thecore board is used in conjunction with the peripherals and its driver modules to build the hardware portion of the control system.In the aspect of software design,the embedded Linux system was chosen after comparison,the bootloader,linux kernel,and root file system were configured and transplanted following successfully set up the development environment.In addition to,the drivers were written added the sub-modules.The control system architecture model,on the one hand,has designed the main controller to collect the environmental factors of the interior and exterior of the greenhouse through the sensing detection device,and compared each with the system users preset various environmental factors,and made decisions for each auxiliary facility so as to ensure that the environmental factors were within the appropriate range through the mixture control of PID and fuzzy control and the corresponding control strategies.On the other hand,the model has measured the concentration ratio of the nutrient solution and compared by the hand-held device.By controlling the auxiliary facilities,the trace elements,EC value,and PH value of the nutrient solution were also controlled within a suitable range.The actual planting results of butter lettuce showed that the smart control effect of soilless cultivation was significant.
