The artificial grassland of oat and common vetch can improve forage grass quality and isone of the important measures of the animal husbandry development of Qinghai-Tibet Plateaugrassland. In the study, with the comparison with natural grassland and degraded grassland, the study on mixed sowing growth of oat and common vetch is conduced in GansuAgricultural University Tianzhu Mountain alpine grassland experimental station with altitudeof3000meters; and the corresponding changes of main nutrients in the soil are measured; therelationship between forage grass production and the changes of soil nutrients is reflectedthrough the comparison; the correlations of the production efficiency of the Qinghai-TibetPlateau annual artificial grassland and soil ecological benefits are demonstrated. The yield of natural grassland is3.37t/hm2, the largest yield of artificial grassland of1oats:1common vetch is13.97t/hm2, clean culture of Oats is9.61t/hm2,thelowest yield is4.22t/hm2belong to clean culture of Common vetch. The yield of artificial grassland is higher thenatural grassland. In the study, by measuring the fresh hay yield, height, stem leaf ratio, relative yield, forage acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber and other indicators of the mixedsowing sample land of oat and common vetch, the soil available nutrients, of soil samples, soil cation exchange capacity and total base ions are measured; through the analysis ofmathematical statistics, the main results show that:In the artificial grassland, when the ratio combination of oat and common vetch is1:1,the relative total output value is higher; during the harvest in September, the figure reaches10.68; such mixed sowing combination not only has high production performance, but alsohas high environmental resources use efficiency, the content of crude protein is18.71%,yieldof crude protein is471.72kg/hm2higher than signal sowing of oats. Artificial mixed lawnforage grass height increases; the total relative yield of three samplings is significantly greaterthan1, and all show some synergy.Available N of natural grassland is30.52mg/kg,available phosphorous is29.71mg/kg, available potassium is213.26mg/kg,soil alkaline phosphate enzyme is25.23mg/g,urease is21.82mg/g,soil organic matter is9.32%,cation exchange capacity is16.16cmol/L.Soilnutrient content and fertilizer retention capacity is higher than that of artificial grassland anddegraded grassland.Available N of artificial grassland is28.84mg/kg,the same as degradedgrassland (28.88mg/kg);available phosphorous is25.17mg/kg, significantly lower thandegraded grassland(32.16mg/kg), grassland degradation will lead to the increase of thecontent of available phosphorus in soil; available potassium is118.86mg/kg,significantlyhigher than degraded grassland(101.07mg/kg);soil alkaline phosphate enzyme is15.61mg/g,lower than degraded grassland(25.19mg/kg);urease is15.11mg/g, higher than degradedgrassland(12.99mg/g);soil organic matter is9.32%, higher than degradedgrassland(32.16mg/kg);cation exchange capacity is16.16cmol/L, lhigher than degradedgrassland(6.62cmol/L). Planting artificial grassland can effectively improve the soil nutrientsand enhance the ability of protecting fertilizer. So it plays a positive role in ecologicalrecovery. The results of the comprehensive evaluation of grass plants with grey correlation degreeshow that for different mixed sowing ratios, the forage quality from high to low isrespectively1oats:1common vetch, signal sowing of oats3:2and2:1.The results of the analysis of soil nutrient with grey correlation degree show that theorder of soil nutrients from high to low in experimental area is as follows: natural grassland, artificial grassland, degraded grassland. The comprehensive analysis results show that theoptimal combination of the artificial mixed sowing grassland is1oats:1common vetch andthe worst combination is2oats:1common vetch.
