There is a long history of willow cultivation in our country, with fast-growing, water wet,strong resistance,easy to breed,rich genetic variation and other characteristics. To explore the excellent willow resources, development and utilization of their genetic and breeding potential,we conducted a survey of willow germplasm collection and evaluation of salt tolerance.On this basis,select some willow germplasm potential of saline-alkali salt tolerance studies conducted by measuring its growth and p Hysiological and biochemical indicators to evaluate the salt tolerance ability to salt tolerance breeding ability of the willow germplasm resources,while providing a theoretical basis for the willow salt tolerance.The main conclusions are as follows:1. Evaluation Results(1) The Introduction of germplasm physiological parameters were measured to 67 found that a variety of physiological and biochemical quality trends showed a similar regularity.Relative conductivity,MDA concentration,root activity was negatively correlated with their saline-alkali resistance,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity was positively associated with their salt tolerance.(2) The variance of the physiological indices of various qualitative analysis conducted showed that the relative conductivity between germplasm,SOD activity,POD activity,MDA content, CAT activity,root activity were significant or very significant difference.(3)In the pot experiment, saline-alkali resistance test for the strength of the order of 9willow germplasm as: A88> A10> A16> A44> A87> A27> A81> A40> A95.
