This paper takes several agricultural wastes as raw materials.The key technology of solid fermentation production of biological board is studied.The main contents of this paper include:the screening of raw materials and strains,the study on nutrition physiology of mushroom NRLY-1,the effects of environmental factors on the growth of mushroom mycelium of mushroom NRLY-1,optimization of the solid fermentation production mushroom biomass board by mushroom NRLY-1, the key factors of solid fermentation of mushroom NRLY-1.The main results are as follows:1.Take diameter of the colony,mycelium growth rate and index as indicators show that the suitable strain for producing biological board is mushroom NRLY-1,the most suitable raw material is pleurotus nebrodensis bran.2.The test determined the diameter of the colony,mycelium growth rate and index for discussing the effect of carbon and nitrogen source,inorganic salts, vitamins and plant growth regulators on the growth of mycelium. The results show that,the mushroom NRLY-1 can use a variety of carbon sources, which grew best in the culture medium with fructose as carbon source. In nitrogen source,composite were better than inorganic, ammonium is better than that of nitrate, the best nitrogen source was beef extract. Has a significant promoting role in adding the 1.5 g·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 6 mg·L-1 NAA on mushroom mycelium growth NRLY-1.3.The text established the mathematical model for discussing the effect of four kinds of environmental factors on the mycelium growth of mushroom NRLY-1. The results show that: the optimum temperature is 29.21℃, the suitable pH is 6.6, the proper water content of medium is 62%, cultured in dark place in the mycelium growth stage.4. The trial build an optimization model of mushroom biomass board by using quadratic general rotary unitized design. The best combination is flour 0.9%, soybean meal 1.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.8%,magnesium sulfate 0.829%,pleurotus nebrodensis bran 95.971%.5. The text established the mathematical model for discussing the effect of five kinds6. of mode of production on bending strength of the mushroom biomass board. The results show that: the suitable density of matrix is 1.176 g·cm3,the optimum culture time was 9 d,the biggest inocultion quantity is 0.5%,the appropriate drying temperature is 80℃,the right drying time is 14 h.
