Mushroom greenhouses provide good environment for edible fungi'growth and are applied abroad in agriculture produce. It is certain trend of greenhouse to achieve automation due to the not good work environment caused by the high-temperature, high-humidity, and other acid or alkali gas, and requirement to work efficient and accurate. Although at present mushroom greenhouses are developed and applied in our country fast, the research on mushroom greenhouse intelligent control in our country begins later. Compared with developed country, control technique exist much difference, such as low intelligent level. Researching and developing intelligent control system for the mushroom greenhouse environment has practical significance because of mushroom greenhouse produce requirement.Mushroom greenhouses are complex system. Mushroom greenhouse environment factors have characters that are multi-input & multi-output, multivariable-coupling, non-linear, long time lag and so on. It's hard to build accurate math model to describe process of their change. Fuzzy control is a method which transfers professor knowledge in related domain and the experience of skilled workers to fuzzied language regular to realize control on complex system by fuzzy and defuzzy. The fashion doesn't need to build accurate math model and the fashion can achieve the aim on control.The system hardware main contain PC, communication module, single chips, sensors, relays and control units and software main contain control interface, program, database of up-system, and drivers of sensors, relays and other chips in lower device.This paper combines some theory and experience on mushroom greenhouse control at home and abroad, and develops greenhouse intelligent control system.Considering PC function powerful, able to achieve data memory and demonstrate the collected data as curves and diagrams convenient, also able to print convenient, PC is chosen as the upper device. The lower device chooses AT89C51 single chip, which is low power, high effective 8 bit 51 series single chip. Between upper device and lower one serial communication is used. The lower device collects parameters of mushroom greenhouse by the sensors that connect with it and control carrying out units via relays. The system has conducted experiment in a mushroom-greenhouse in Jilin'Changchun and obtained satisfied control result. This is the main research and conclusion:1. Using fuzzy reasoning via Matlab. Call Fuzzy Control Box provided by Matlab, and infer as well as compute the input of fuzzy controller combining fuzzy control regulars, and obtained the control output. In the end, make all the input and output of a table and compile it into upper device's software.2. Take Visual Basic language published by Microsoft Corporation as develop tool, design and compile control interface and program of upper device with fuzzy reasoning module and professor system. Using Structured Query Language to build database, and record crop's name, parameters of greenhouse environment and parameters set by engineers at different era in crop growth. Be able to call parameters in the database to achieve automatic control when produce again.3. Make the communication circular between upper and lower device. The upper device uses serial interface to communicate with P3.0 and P3.1 ports of the lower. Considering communication distance and the cost, RS-232C standard is chosen as the communication standard. Because RS-232C has its own electric standard and this standard can't suit for transmission requirement of TTL electric level, there insert electric level- transfer-circular between serial interface of the upper device and P3.0 and P3.1 ports of the lower.4. Connect the collection module and executive units with the lower device. Collect mushroom greenhouse environment parameters by sensors and control the executive units to carry out by relays.5. Take the flammulina as example, do the experiment and obtain satisfiedresult.
