1755R are 13 restorers of Brassica napus Ogu CMS created by professor Zhensheng Dong research group. 1755 R are self-seed from hybrid of homozygous restore materials and five Brassica napus with good properties. The fertility of selfing seeds are tested by Ogu CMS in Brassica napus 1575 A and only the fertile selfing seeds are kept. And only 13 selfing seeds are left to be the research materials. Firstly, restorer gene Rfo specific molecular markers are used to confirming that 13 restorer materials of 1755 R containing the restorer gene Rfo.Secondly, Rfo linkage markers(ScH03、ScA14、SG34、BolJon、 PGIint), specific markers of SRF lines and BLR-038 are used to detect 1755 R. Concurrently, 4 Ogu CMS sterile lines and 4 maintainer lines in Brassica napus are selected to be the negative control in this experiment. Testing results are used to provide envidengce to distinguish 1755 R with other abroad restorers. Marker Boljon do not exist in restorers 1755 R which exist in R2000、RRH1、 R113. This testing results confirm that 1755 R may be different from foreign restorers R2000、RRH1、R113. Molecular specific markers of Pioneer Seed restorer materials SRF lines show that 1755 R exit OPC02 marker which is nonexistent in SRF lines. And 1755 R contain 3 more specific markers(E33M47,OPY17,OPN20) compared with BLR-038. Meanwhile, all the 13 restorers of 1755 R contain the same specific molecular markers with NW1717, which confirms 1755 R may be be various restorers compared SRF lines and may have same-origin with NW1717.Molecular detection results of Syngenta BLR- 038 restorer gene Rf specific SCAR markers indicate that 1755 R may have a different origin with BLR-038.Simultaneously, the experiment create distant hybridization with 90 type cabbage rape as the male parent and Ogu CMS in brassica napus 1575 A as female parent to enlarge the selecttion range of Ogu CMS restorers in brassica napus. Field investigation of hybrid F1 fetility show that only one hybrid is fertile with male parent 30-3-2. This result may indicate that 30-3-2 may have the restorer gene Rfo segment of Ogu CMS in brassica napus. But Experiment conclusions need further testing and inspection.
