Succession cropping obstacle is not only a universal phenomenon in modern agricultural production, but also the bottlenecks of sustainable development to intensive watermelon(Citrullus lanatus(Thunb) Matsum & Nakai) industry.Recently, the technology to overcome succession cropping obstacle has many methods in production such as grafting, chemicals, soil fumigation, crop rotation and biocontrol agents etc.And biocontrol agents, due to its advantages for the environment and human health and safety, have been widely appreciated. In this experiment, pot antagonistic actinomycetes Act1 with better preparation,in a row planting watermelon greenhouse during three years, the inoculated before planting carried out by applying the method of the nest, so as not vaccinated actinomycetes preparation Act1 as control study its effect on Fusarium wilt. The results showed that:1.Act1 treatment(Tm) can significantly reduce incidence of Fusarium wilt in greenhouse watermelon of continuous cropping. In the four periods of watermelon growing, treatment and control have reached a significant level. To watermelon maturity, the incidence of control to the highest value 48.34%, while the treatment of 35.48 %, compared with the control to reduce the incidence by 27%.2.Act1 treatment has a certain growth-promoting effect on the watermelon plants.Stem diameter and number of leaves reached a significant levelin the late growth on the treated and control, the process of vine length has been greater than the control values, but at all times were not significantly different.3.Act1 handling has a significanteffect on enhancing the watermelon root activity.During different periods, root activity treatments were significantly higher than the control, at the seedling stage process 31% higher than the control, the highest stretch of vine, the deal is2.3 times that of the control.4.Act1 treatment has a significant increase in Act1 soil actinomycetes content, inhibiting the growth of fungal growth, improving soil microbial community structure in continuous cropping. The number of fungi and actinomycetes in four periods of watermelon growing between treatment and control reached a significant difference. Control of fungi was increasing, and the difference was significant. The number of fungi treated in the first threeperiods were not significant while in thematurity period increasing rapidly. The number of Actinomycetes in control and treateddeclined with the growth period prolonged, but the decline in value is smaller than the control treatment. The number of bacteria in treated and control elevatedsignificantly during the late three periods than the seedling, but not significantly different between the two.5. Act1 treatment significantly improve the quality of watermelon fruit. In watermelon maturity, the average fruit weight watermelon fruit, fruit index average, the average content of soluble solids, soluble protein and Vc average content of other indicators were significantly higher.
