Bottleneck problems such as soil nutrients exhaustion, soil fungal diseases prevalent, soil structure degradation, low production and quality of water melon etc. already severely restricted Gravel-covered watermelon industry in middle arid area of Ningxia. This experiment is based on the production practice of Grovel-covered Watermellon in Ningxia. Separation oWusariumoxysporumf.sp.niveum from the incidence of serious disease of watermelon, And the control effect of Fusarium wilt was screened from different types of healthy soil,the effect of antagonistic strain on disease control and classification and identification were studied. In the field proof test of Antagonistic Strains,with no fertilization and conventional fertilizer as control. Study on bio organic fertilizer, microbial fertilizer and biogas slurry with different microbial fertilizer drip irrigation.Effects of soil basic physical and chemical properties, microbial community composition and functional diversity. Thus it can improve soil quality, reduce diseases and finally improve the quality of watermelon.Test results show that:1. Isolation, purification and culture of the isolates from the more serious Fusarium Wilt of watermelon,to get a single pathogen. The colony is characterized by white, loose, and hair,the middle part is prominent, and the four week is slightly lower. Culture medium on the back of the colony growth of the growth of purple precipitation, nd the radiation like to spread around the proliferation of growth. Under the optical microscope,asmall sub-spore borne on a single-born stem,at the top of the bottle stem are clustered into pellets, single cell, oval shaped. Large split spore is sickle shaped, slightly curved, with 2-3 septum. Through further testing and verification,Symptoms of Fusarium Wilt in Watermelon,it was proved that the isolated and purified strains of Fusarium oxysporumf sp.niveumwilt were isolated and purified.2. Watermelon Fusarium wilt pathogen strains to target, Ningxia ring in Xiangshan area, pressure sand melon centralized contiguous planting area soil health, by dilution plate method screened with antagonism of antagonistic bacteria to target. Through the screening of 8 strains of bacteria which have antagonistic effect on the target, the screening test was carried out. After data analysis, G-1 inhibitory rate is maximum and the and other treatments, there was a significant difference, screened on the target antagonistic strongest antagonistic to the G-1.3. According to its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis can determine the antagonistic strain G-1 is Bacillus atrophaeus.4. The shake flask fermentation test results showed that,the strain G-1 best medium formula whichwe got is:corn meal 20g/1, soybean meal 15g/1,CaCO35g/L, K2HPO4 0.5g/L,MgSO4-7H2O 0.2g/L,MnSO4·H2O 0.2 g/L, Ph 7.Using this formula, we cultured G-1 in the shaker for 24 h under the condition of 180 r/min,3℃.5. Field experiment showed that, between every treatments T6 based application of sheep manure bio organic fertilizer 110 kg/667 m2 fertilizer microbial G-1 root irrigation 1 times, spraying 3 times in growth period (the inoculation rate was 100 ml, concentration of bacteria was 1×106 cfu/ml), growth period of water 2 times biogas compound microbial fertilizer (Irrigation dosage 40 kg/667m2), it can significantly improve the quality and yield of pressed sand, and improve the soil environment, which is conducive to the sustainable development of;The microbial flora structure applied to microbial agents could significantly adjust the soil, reducing the number of fungi;Microbial inoculants G-1 except for chlorophyll content, available phosphorus, enzyme activity was significantly higher than that of commercial inoculants B6, and other indicators no significant difference.In summary, pressure sand watermelon continuous cropping obstacle of microbial remediation recommendations for, to sheep based biological organic fertilizer as base fertilizer, seedling stage with Shi microbial inoculants g-1 irrigating and spraying melon seedling, flowering and fruit bearing root application of biogas slurry composite microbial drip irrigation fertilizer.
