| Wheat blossom midge(Sitodiplosis mosellana. Gehin) is a kind of wheat-harming destructive pests, which is one of the main insect pests in northern area of China. In recent years, with the development and change of farming system, climatic conditions, wheat varieties and cultivation level and agricultural tillage regional operation, wheat midge occurrence degree is increasing significantly or seriously, and Henan province has become one of the most serious occurrence areas of the wheat midge. At the same time, climate warming and the new situation of research and control of wheat midge has brought the new challenge, the traditional control method needs to be updated. In this paper, the author choose the wheat blossom midge in Zhumadian City as the research object, with rinsing clay and other methods to census wheat midge in Zhumadian city, and the occurrence of wheat midge under the new situation. With the survey and combine with the observation methods to study on damage loss and control index; to investigate the quantity of pests under the different chemical processing, and the effective of control adult worm methods of wheat midge. With the comprehensive promotion of the integrated pest management techniques in Zhumadian City, then to provide some reference in wheat midge control in other areas under the background of the climate warming. The study shows:1. the occurrence of wheat midge was obviously correlated with wheat phenology, and their occurrence time was obviously correlated with the temperature.2. In the period of pupae or emergence peak, the management can get good effect when wheat emerging about 70~80%, the best control period was the pupal stage and adult stage.3. The application methods include spray toxic soil or fumigation in wheat sowing and pupal stage; soil treated with 50% phoxim emulsifiable concentrate preparation and toxic soil as well, the agent in 80% dichlorvos EC sustained release agent, with adult stage using cypermethrin 4.5% EC, 2.5% beta cypermethrin emulsion in water, 10% imidacloprid WP.4. With taking some effective measures, increasing the intensity of monitoring and managing can improve the pest control effect. |
