The Taibai county is the second batch of national pollution-free agricultural products standardization production comprehensive demonstration base county.Among them,cruciferous vegetables dominates the whole vegetable industry.Since 2008,cruciferous vegetables:Chinese cabbage,cabbage,cauliflower,broccoli and other cruciferous also appeared clubroot disease,the degree of damage aggravated year by year has restricted sustainable development of local vegetables.If from other parts of the introduction of clubroot resistance,high yield and high quality vegetable varieties to prevent Taibai County cruciferous clubroot disease,it is more advantageous to Taibai county without the benign development of pollution-free agricultural products.At the same time,it can also provide some resistant materials for prevention and control of clubroot of crucifers.This test is mainly based on the investigation of clubroot of crucifers in Taibai Mountain area,the introduction of Chinese cabbage clubroot resistant varieties.The main results are as follows:1.Through the investigation of the occurrence and damage of Taibai Mountain Area clubroot of crucifers,we know the mainly distributed clubroot in 25 administrative villages in the Ju tou county and Tao chuan county.The 25 villages of vegetable area is about the county vegetable planting area of 60% ~ 70%.Among them,the most serious disease category is vegetables cabbage,cabbage, cauliflower,radish dishes of the light.Clubroot serious vegetable soil p H value is 4.6 ~ 6,and low~lying, irrigation and drainage is not smooth,the soil with high water content in vegetable fields,which clubroot is more serious.The test shows that the soil acidification,high water content will cause clubroot.2.The unreasonable farming system and work habits is the main cause of Taibai Mountain Area clubroot of crucifers continued to spread.3.Two methods of screening of patients with goiter through seedling root inoculation and field disease resistance,in terms of disease resistance,yield and agronomic traits of 10 Chinese cabbage cultivars introduced by comprehensive identification,we can get to some conclusions:(1)The resistance of 10 varieties of Chinese cabbage seedling artificial matrix direct inoculation identification used,which found is belong to high resistant varieties.The resistance of Chinese cabbage using artificial seedlings of 3 different sources of soil inoculation identification of 10 introduced varieties,which the Taibai area of clubroot soil by artificial inoculation at seedling stage is more able to judge the resistant varieties.(2) The introduction of 10 varieties of cabbage agronomic traits is relatively close,which yield than the control varieties of Golden.It had extremely significant difference with the introduction of varieties of clubroot resistant varieties.(3) They are Africa No.4,Nongda 23,CR-D25,and Fushi703,which comprehensive farmers planting habits,food vendors, consumer preferences and agronomic traits,yield, resistance to clubroot disease resistance and other aspects of screening,for the introduction of clubroot resistance varieties in low altitude Taibai areas including four varieties.In high altitude area,we can introduce 4 varieties including Fushi 703,Nongda 23,CR-D25, and CR Jinshan.
