Herbaceous garden plants can grow on the fragmentate habitat such as next to the river slope, roof, balconies. They are adaptable, fast-growing, easy to manage, they are important part of urban greening. This study selected consistent growth of Ophiopogon japonicus-. Zephyranthes Candida Herb、Zinnia elegans Jacq and Tropaeolum majus study at the greenhouse Minhang campus of Shanghai on September 24th,2014-February 3th,2015. Configured to pH 2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0 simulated acid rain as Cl-:SO42-:NO3-= 3:4:3 to study the harm on the four kinds of garden herbs. The main findings are as follows:1. During the experiment, Ophiopogon japonicus、Zephyranthes Candida Her leaves no obvious injuries spot, leaf area index spot injury are among the most resistant stage V level, Tropaeolum in response to experimental design but also because of acid rain droplets water-repellent surface structure and appearance V grade level for the most resistance, however pH4.0, pH3.0 and pH2.5 treated its leaves in the presence of an acid drop dead time and shrink, the performance of the most sensitive stage Ⅰ, so its true sensitivity level needs to learn to deal with acid mist. Zinnia pH2.5 treated blade hurt plaque area index maximum value of 34%, below the sensitive level Ⅱ secondary level.2.Under simulated acid rain, zinnia net photosynthetic rate, especially pH2.5 acid treatment group, the largest decline for pH2.5 treatment group, Pn value ultimately reduce 54.46%, while its stomatal conductance and transpiration rate is also reduced accordingly. Ophiopogon Pn except pH2.5 treated group decreased 16.46%, the rest of the groups and the control group were not significantly different. The nasturtium and onions Portland manifested as moderate acidity of simulated acid rain pH5.0 pH4.0 weak acid and its role in promoting pHotosynthesis, while pH3.0 and strong acids have a certain inhibitory effect pH2.53. To the four plants, its water content was no significant change in a month; after zinnia by acid rain stress, TOC content remains relatively stable while TN and TP has increased, the C/N and C/P were significantly decreased, reducing nutrient use efficiency. Between Ophiopogon, onions Portland and nasturtium each treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in most TOC and TN, applied to simulated acid rain will not be considered for each of these three species of TOC and TN have a significant effect in a month.5. On the physiological and biochemical indexes Pearson correlation was found for injury leaves plaque area index and the hydrogen peroxide content is very significant positive correlation, indicating that plaque formation blade injury peroxide are closely linked; net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration into a very significant positive correlation, positive correlation between transpiration rate as photosynthesis there is interaction between the various systems of mutual checks; total thiol group have a very significant negative correlation with MDA, and have a very significant positive correlation with Pn, the total thiol group stay stable for photosynthesis smoothly is important.6. Pn and Tr of plants have dropped by winter due to the reduction of temperature and sunshine, but its acid resistance did not change significantly. Zinnia Physiological indices of simulated acid rain have a positive response, and onions Portland then only net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance at high concentrations of acid treatment change is more obvious, Radix is the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content effected Great, and for nasturtium is the net photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, MDA and total s thiol group.7, Integrated acid index value of Ophiopogon D (D= 0.96)> Zephyranthes (D = 0.86)> nasturtium (D= 0.68) Comments> zinnia (D= 0), the Ophiopogon and onions Portland Evaluation high resistant varieties, nasturtium evaluated as moderately resistant varieties, and acid resistance zinnia five indicators are the lowest rated as low resistant varieties.
