A Design Of The Embedded Automatic Milking Concrol System

In recent years, with more and more domestic milk stations and dairy farming community scale developed, intelligent management technology is needed to be demanded. But the intelligent degree of the majority of domestic dairy farm is still low, a lot of relevant technology and equipment are rely on imports, so it is not only highly cost,but also difficult to popularize. In view of the above problems, this paper designed the automatic milking management control system based on embedded system.This design takes the embedded and GPRS technology.The system based on the embedded realizes the automatic milking control function through the hardware design and software programming. The main content of this paper includes the overall scheme of the system, the key technology choice of each function module,and hardware circuit design,system software programming and the debugging, the function module of connecting and the overall test.The system’s main function is to achieve recognition, automatic milking cows, automatic and cup to tank, and measurement systems between milk yield, and data transmission between the host computer communication, alarm, and milk yield of real-time display. Finally achieves the desired goal.
