| The article introduces a new controller that can communicate with the supervising computer and the cleaning time can be adjusted easily. The controller uses chip 80C552 as CPU and is composed of the system of 80C552, display, keyboard, temperature signal acquainting and serial communication. The soft wares of CPU are developed by C51 and the soft wares of supervising computer are developed by VC++6. 0. The application of this system can clean milking machine automatically and communicate with supervising computer as well as the parameters of cleaning time can be changed easily. The controller can not only increase efficiency, but also it can enhance the quality of milking machine cleaning, furthermore the supervising computer can clean milking machines by it. |
