Dairy industry is an efficient and saving food husbandry, it could adjust agricultural structure, develop rural economy and increase farmers’ income, the dairy industry has long industrial chain, pulling a great effect on economy, it has become an important branch of China’s agricultural economy. In recent years, although China’s dairy industry developed rapidly, but there is a gap in the modern management of dairy, technology is not mature enough, there is a big gap compared with developed countries. Therefore, how to adopt a more scientific dairy management technology, improve the quality and yield of milk, it has great significance to promote the development of dairy farming in our country.Dairy scientific management need to face individual differences, targeted for feeding and monitoring, how to get information and activity status of each individual dairy, how to get each dairy individual information and its activity, that become a prerequisite for efficient modern management dairy industry. Base on consulting a large amount of relevant literatures,this article integrate radio frequency identification technology, wireless communication technology and low-power single-chip technology, and design a set of individual dairy information gathering and activity detection system. The system use electronic identification ear tags for each type of dairy to establish individual information, it could quickly and accurately get the information inside the ear tag of diary by handheld readers, the activity of dairy is detected by wearing a sensor to collect the leg movement, and the information will be sent to the master computer by wirelessly transmit, it will help keeping personnel real-time monitoring the movement of dairy condition to make analysis and response in time, to achieve scientific management.This paper introduces the working principle of radio frequency identification and activity detection technology as a basis for the design based on ARM-STM32 handheld reader,choosing S50 passive electronic tags as ear mark, the working frequency is 13.56 MHz, that can write, read the dairy-related information and not easy to destroy; secondly, using accelerometer- MMA7455 to collect movement steps of dairy, through a low-power wireless data transmission chip NRF24L01 transfer data to the master computer and display, it can real-time monitor the dairy movement situation. The software design of system using a structured and modular programming ideas, the programming language is the C language,after all, test give some important parts of the process of several modules in this system. In order to improve the accuracy of the ear tag identification, this paper in view of multi-label data collision problem in radio frequency identification system, study the anti-collision algorithm and improve the algorithm, the paper puts forward a method of combining bit locking with dynamic and analysis, through MATLAB simulation analysiscarry out the performance of the improved algorithm, the result shows that: the improved algorithm can improve the efficiency of the ear tag identify, it can better solve the problem of amount dairy walk into the area of radio frequency will happen data collision.After completing the hardware and software design of system, the performance is tested and the test results show that, in the effective range of the reader can quickly and accurately identify the ear tag information, activity detection system can effectively monitor the real-time movement of dairy,it provides important research data for dairy farms.
