With the development of the grain industry,it,s increasingly apparent that the traditional form of grain purchase and storage management approach with the use of traditional one-dimensional or two-dimensional bar code technology on food information statistics are not accurate and lack of dynamically updating.Moreover,the information efficiency of the bar code is always greatly reduced by the high environment temperature,wrinkles and some other factors.Therefore,the Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)Technology was attempted to be combined with the traditional grain purchase progress in this paper to improve the efficiency of grain purchase.Firstly,the grain turnover system was described in detail in this thesis,and the application of RFID technology on grain turnover system was discussed with flow diagrams.Secondly,we study a anti-collision problem between labels and tags in the RFID system when tags were transmitted to the reader data,and the collision-based anti-collision ALOHA algorithm was systematically studied.When the number of labels in the past was not Tag identification,the use of dynamic frame slot algorithm can identify the label.However,when the number of labels was large,it must be accurate to estimate the number of labels,and then group in accordance with the group to identify the label in turn.Based on this algorithm,an improved ALOHA algorithm based on the method of estimating the number of dynamic factors was proposed.Then the algorithm was simulated and the system performance was analyzed according to the results.Finally,considering the movement of the reader to identify the label problem,the algorithm in tag recognition was studied to improve the efficiency in the grain turnover system including grain storage,deployment,replacement positions,cover positions and in-and-out warehouse.It,s indicated that the dynamic frame time-gap algorithm for dynamic factor mean behaved stable and high-efficiency in grain purchase system after derivation of mathematical formula and system simulation.At last,after summarizing the shortcomings existing in this paper,the future research of this subject was prospected to help a deeper and widely application of RFID technology on the grain purchase system.
