Virus disease is one of the main diseases on vegetables, it can cause a great impact on the quality and output. In order to define the condition of the vegetable virus disease in Hubei province, The main vegetables production areas where take the investigation of virus disease and take the identification of the virus kinds, and clone the protein of the main virus gene.1. In 2013 and 2014 it made the investigation of vegetable virus disease, and the area included wuhan, enshi lichuan country, yichang changyang country, jingzhou, shiyan and huanggang jiangzhou country, and the vegetables belong to cruciferae, leguminosae, solanaceae and cucurbitaceae. It find that the vegetable virus disease occurs frequently, and can cause some damage and the incidence of regional vegetables virus disease rate was 2% ~ 82%, vegetable virus disease incidence is the lowest in Lichuan, at 2% to 10%, but the other areas is higher, especially in Jingzhou, the incidence of local area at 82%. The results of the investigation shows that the symptom mainly for mosaic, shrinkage, deformity and dwarf. The virus diease of cabbage, beans, pumpkins, towel gourd, pepper, and cucumber are serious.2. The 960 sample test results of adopting the method of serum and molecular biology shows that mainly detected the three kinds virus of CMV, Tu MV and BBWV the virus is mainly Tu MV tested in the cruciferous vegetables,the detection rate is as high as 85.62%, followed by CMV and BBWV, detection rate is 27.88% and 27.88%, mainly detected the two kinds virus of CMV and BBWV, the virus is mainly CMV in the leguminous vegetables, the detection rate is 55.50%, followed by BBWV, the detection rate is 24.61%, mainly detected the five kinds of virus of CMV, TSWV, BBWV, TMV, To MV, the virus is mainly CMV in the solanaceae vegetables, the detection rate is 32.00%, followed by To MV and BBWV, detection rate is 25.71% and 18.28%, and there is no TSWV,TMV in the solanaceae vegetables, mainly to detected the two viruses of CMV, CGMMV that CMV is the main virus in the cucurbitaceae vegetables, the detection rate is 59.15%,but no CGMMV.3.The identification results of vegetable virus disease virus species in Hubei province shows that compound infection situation of vegetables, in all the subjects the compound infection conditions is primarily a CMV and Tu MV compound infection in cruciferous vegetables, the infection rate is 24.56%, the compound infection in the leguminous vegetables for CMV and BBWV, the infection rate is 10.99%, the compound infection in solanaceae vegetables for CMV and To MV, the infection rate is 5.14%, the another form is the compound infection of CMV and BBWV, the infection rate is as high as 16.00%, the composite infection is not detected in the cucurbitaceae vegetables.4. We analyze the genetic variation of the CMV and BBWV, and clone the CP gene of CMV total 21, the polyprotein gene of BBWV total 7. The sequence homology of CP gene is 73.9%~99.9%, it can be divided into two groups, the isolates homology of group Ⅰ and the group Ⅱ are 91.2% ~ 99.9% and 97.7% ~ 99.7% respectively. The CMV of Purple Flowering Stalk and tomato both belong to the subgroup Ⅰand subgroup Ⅱ, it shows that there is genetic variation on the same host for CMV. The seven isolates of BBWV belong to the BBWV2, the sequence homology between 89.0%-99.8%.
