Pumpkin(Cucurbita moschata Duch) is an annual tendril-bearing trailing plant, which belongs to the family Cucurbitaceae of the genus Cueurbita, which is native to North America, introduced to China in the Ming dynasty, and present all over the world have been extensively cultivated. The fruit of Cucurbita moschata Duch rich in nutrients carotene,vitamins,glucose, Ca, Fe, starch, etc. It Has a high nutritional value, the fruit taste sweet, beautiful appearance, and has great food value and aesthetic value. This paper starting with the process of the development of the pumpkin flowers, according to the Corolla length of male and female flowers of Cucurbita moschata Duch,flowering process is divided into five different times. Using high-performance liquid chromatographic determination of various developmental stages of hormone and polyamine contents, analyze the relationship between the development of flowers and hormone content and polyamines.Exploration and extraction chromatographic of hormone in pumpkin flowers samples. This topic using two kinds of endogenous hormone extraction method to extract the endogenous hormone, and to screen the condition of chromatogram. The results show that the extracting method 2 effect is better, The optimum condition was as follows: chromatographic column is Diamonsil C18(2)5 u 250 mm×4.6mm,determine wavelength is 254 nm, the mobile phase conditions is CH4O:1.0% HAC=40:60,velocity of flow is 1.0m L/min.The changing rules of endogenous hormones during flower development in pumpkin are as follow:Content of zeatin(ZT) as the pumpkin development of male and female flowers gradually reduced, and the content of the ZT in male flowers is higher than female flowers, high levels of ZT help maintain the growth of male flowers; Pumpkin male flowers IAA content to present the change trend of decline after rising first, IAA content in male flowers falling is associated with pumpkin pollen; Gibberellic acid(GA3) in the development of pumpkin male and female flowers all showed a trend of gradual decline, demanding of GA3 along with the development of pumpkin flowers is reduced; Abscisic acid(ABA) content in Pumpkin male flowers to present the change trend of rise – lower, ABA content in female flowers rendering- down- litres rule, The development of female flowers and ABA have a more closely relationship; Ethylene(ETH) in pumpkin flower development is gradually rising trend in the process and content is higher than in female flowers.Variation of endogenous polyamines in the pumpkin flowers during development as follows:putrescine in the process of development of male and female flowers(Put) changes showed "M" shaped male flowers put content is higher than female,male development indicate the need for more Put; male endogenous spermine(Spm) showed no significant change, maintained at a low level, while female flowers Spm showing declining trends in the process of development of male and female flowers,female flowers were higher than male Spm,indicating a high level of female development Spm pumpkin. Male and female flowers within Pumpkin source during the development of spermidine(Spd) content tended to decline in the early female flowers Spd content higher than male in late with the development of mature male and female flower flowers Spd content are consistent, show soon early(F1 and F2) requires a high level of endogenous spermidine.SOD in male flowers along with the gradually reduce the development time, only has a slight rise in the period of the M3,but the first decreases increased trends in female flowers; POD’s change is larger in male flowers, showed a trend of rise after the first cut, on the contrary, female flowers in fluctuating is slight, almost keep the same level, but in the process of the entire pod activity in male flowers were higher than in female flowers; CAT shows v-shaped changes in male flowers, and does not change significantly in female flowers, presents to increase enough to reduce the trend of the first. Show that in the male and female flowers, high SOD, POD and CAT activity contributes to male development.
