Flower formation process of B. campestris ssp. Pekinensis B. caMpestris ssp. chinensis and B. cmpestris ssp. rapa includ~ fi~ phases, of which flower bud differentiation and flower stalk differentiatl very important. During the process, endogenous hormones~ poiyamine~ an~ soluble proteins change siginificantly. As for endogenous hormones , high h~拁 of IAA/iPA is a beneficial condition of flower bud differentiation . However, the level of GAs/iPA is a beneficial condition of flower stalk differentiation. The effect of GAsIABA is similar to that of GAs/iPA. High level of IAA promotes flower bud differentiation in B.carnpestris ssp. Chinensis(L.). and th~ earlier the bolting is, the higher the content of LAA during f1o~w~r differentiation initiation is. Nevertheless, it plays opposite roles on B.campestris ssp. (L.) and B.campestris var.rapa. The effect of GAs is very complicated according to different varieties, but it promotes flower stalk initiation and bolting. The low level of iPA benefits flower bud differentiation initiation,and the high levels of iPA and ABA benefit flower stalk development and boltii.~j. Mu~ over, the lower the increasing level ABA is, the later the bolting is. The high levels of polyamin.s benefit flower bud and flower stalk differentiation . ~nd ri effect of spd on flower formation process is of more directness, and spd changes have same regulation as PAs content changes. Decrease of put content i~ the beneficial condition of Chinese cabbage flower bud initiation, and OL 7ie other hand, increasing of put content is the beneficial condition of flower stalk initiation.The bolting earlier varieties are,the higher contents of PAs and spin arc,and put on Chinese cabbage so. Different bolting characteristic varieties have same regularity on signal stimulation of endogenous hormones and poi) ainine5 i.c.the earlier both the flower bud differentiation and the bolting arert sensitive the response to signal stimulation is, and vice versa. Low temperature vernalization inducts some soluble specific proteins,which are different according to different varieties.There are specific proteins diiringthc period of flower bud differentiation initiation of Chinese cabbage,and the period of flower stalk differentiation of Chinese cabbage YH and B. capes tris ssp. rapa too.
