Studies On Main Forest Community Plant Species Diversity In Damao Mountaion Of Tang County Hebei

The species diversity and its distribution pattern are the hot spots of ecology, and have been studied extensively. Whereas, the diversity of tree layer was research priorities, and was the lack of research on the diversity of shrub and herbaceous species. In recent years, with more and more attention in plant species diversity, understory vegetation diversity has received increasing attention, which has become the focal point of pedologist, silviculturist, and ecologists. This study used the quadrat method to investigate the species diversity of 9 kinds of typical forests in Tang county, Hebei province, and the results showed that:(1) The species richness of the 9 species in the damao mountain showed that the herb layer is higher then shrub layer, there were no difference in the evenness between the herb layer and the shrub layer, but the diversity presented herb layer> shrub layer. The greater altitude difference between the 9 stands, the lower similarity will be in stands understory of shrubs and herbs. The smaller altitude difference among the stands, the higher similarity will be among the forest stands.(2) The order of the species richness of understory shrub of the 9 forest types in Damao mountain from high to low was: shrubwood>shaw> Pinus tabulaeformis biota orientalis mixed forests >poplar forest > pinus tabulaeformis forest > larch forest > birch forest > Platycladus orientailis > alpine meadow, The order of the species richness of herbaceous species of the 9 forest types in Damao mountain from high to low was: shrubwood>alpine meadow>Pinus tabulaeformis biota orientalis mixed forests>larch forest>Platycladus orientaili>shaw>pinus tabulaeformis forest>poplar forest>birch forest.(3) The order of the species evenness degree of understory shrub of the 9 forest types in damao mountain from high to low was :poplarforest>shaw>Pinustabulaeformisbiotaorientalismixeforests>shrubwood>pinus tabulaeformis forest>larch forest>alpine meadow>Platycladus orientaili>birch forest, The order of the species evenness degree of herbaceous species of the 9 forest types in Damao mountain from high to low was: poplar forest>Pinus tabulaeformis biota orientalis mixed forests>alpine meadow>birch forest>larch forest>shrubwood>shaw>Platycladus orientaili>pinus tabulaeformis forest.(4) The order of the species diversity index of understory shrub of the 9 forest types in damao mountain from high to low was: shrubwood>pinus tabulaeformis forest>shaw>poplar forest>larch forest>Pinus tabulaeformis biota orientalis mixed forests>alpine meadow>Platycladus orientaili>birch forest. The order of the species diversity index of herbaceous species of the 9 forest types in damao mountain from high to low was: shrubwood>alpine meadow>Pinus tabulaeformis biota orientalis mixed forests>larch forest>birch forest>Platycladus orientaili>pinus tabulaeformis forest>shaw>poplar forest.(5) The dominant species of 9 forest shrub layer in Damao mountain were Vitex negundovar.heterophylla、Leptodermis oblonga、Indigofera Bungena Steud、Campylotropis macrocarpa(Bge.) Rehd、Myripnois dioica Bunge、Spiraea trilobata L、Spiraea velutina、Cornus walteri Wanger、Corylus mandshurica Maxim. et Rupr、Leptopus chinensis(Bunge) Pojark、Rhododendron simsii Planch、Syringa tomentella Bureau & Franch、Deutzia grandiflora Bunge、Deutzia parviflora Bunge. 9 kinds of forest herb layer dominant species are Selaginella davidii、Dendranthema chanetii、Carex rigescens、Mulgediumsibiricum、Carex siderosticta Hance、Deyeuxia langsdorffii、Galium aparine L. var.tenerum Gren.et、Phlomis maximowiczii Regel、Rubia cordifolia L、Cimicifuga、Ligularia sibirica、Convallaria majalis Linn、Polygonatum odoratum、Thalictrum minus var.Shrubwood、shaw and Pinus tabulaeformis biota orientalis mixed forests of 9 forest in Damao mountain had higher value of richness and diversity index. The shaw, and Platycladus orientailis, birch forest, alpine meadow of 9 forest under shrub in Damao mountain got a higher species evenness value.The cypress woods, birch forest, alpine meadow got the lower value of richness, diversity and evenness index. The shrub forest, alpine meadow and mixed forest of Pinus tabulaeformis and Platycladus orientalis of 9 forest herbaceous species in damao mountain got a higher value of richness and diversity index, but the poplar forest and Pinus tabulaeformis forest got a lower value.The poplar forest, mixed forest of Pinus tabulaeformis and Platycladus orientalis of 9 forest herbaceous species in damao mountain got a higher value of evenness degree, but the Pinus tabulaeformis forest and the Platycladus orientalis forest got the lower one.
