| Currently, using a sprayer spraying is still the main, the most effective method to prevent and control diseases and insect pests of fruit trees. With the speeding up of the orchard mechanization process, since the research and development, mounted orchard air-blasted sprayers are widely used in small orchard protection operations due to their high efficiency, flexible features. Currently, many studies about mounted orchard air-blasted sprayers limited to spraying features, the studies about mounted unit’s performance are rare.This thesis analyzed the deficiencies in the design of mounted orchard air-blasted sprayers, put forward the mounted parameters improvement scheme, designed 3WSH260 Mounted Orchard air-blasted Sprayer and studied the performance of mounted unit. The main work includes:1. Analyzing the function of the tractor hydraulic mounted system and choosing WUZHENG wheeled tractors as the resource.2. The distance of horizontal convergence and vertical convergence are optimized by NX10.0 according to the technical requirements of three-point suspension. The horizontal convergence distance of ZhiFuXing series mounted units don’t meet the requirements by the optimized result. Finally, we determined the mounted parameters according to AoLi series tractors:(1) The width of mounted frame is 683 mm, the lower hitch point coupling pins welded on the outside of mounted frame and the height of their center line from the bottom of the mounted frame is 180 mm, coupling pins diameter is 22 mm, the lock pin hole diameter is 12 mm and the lock pin hole distance is 50 mm.(2) There are two top hitch points using auxiliary column height, the column height is 460 mm and 500 mm. The diameters of top hitch point coupling pin and locking pin are 19.5mm and 12 mm, the inner side width of the bracket is 54 mm and the outer width is 60 mm. Determined the installation location of diaphragm pump according to the nominal contraction length of the universal joint shaft: the distance between diaphragm pump’s centerline and lower hitch point’s centerline is 225 mm.3. Using NX10.0 completed the design of 3WSH260 Mounted Orchard air-blasted Sprayer and generated engineering drawings according to the three-dimensional model to guide the prototype production.4. Finding the method to measure the gravity of 3WSH260 Mounted Orchard air-blasted Sprayer and studying the performance of the mounted units. By analyzing the hoisting capacity of mounted mechanism, we realized the 3WSH260 Mounted Orchard air-blasted Sprayer could be lifted from the ground when the tank filled with liquid, but only WZ300 X tractor could raise the sprayer to the highest position. From the lifting height analysis, we concluded that: In keeping the up link’s length unchanged, the maximum lifting height is 273 mm and 325 mm when choose different top hitch point, which meets the operational requirements.5. Under transportation condition, we calculated the limit weight of mounted farm implements. When the tank is empty or full, we calculated the maximum climbing angle of mounted unit. In the longitudinal stability analysis, we defined Cs to evaluate the longitudinal stability. After calculating, we found Cs of each unit is less than 0.4, met the requirement. In climbing stability analysis, defined climbing stability coefficient Cclimb. By calculation, we found when the tank is empty, Cclimb of each unit is greater than 20%, this is consistent with the requirement. But when the tank is full, only WZ254 unit’s climbing stability coefficient is greater than 20%. Then, we calculated the required minimum counterweight for which cannot meet the climbing stability requirement. |
