Research On The Key Technique Of Precision Spraying And Truck-Mounted Spraying Machine

Under the guard of precision spray theory, the author mainly analyzed the character of images of target, and analyzed the relationship of input and output on the basis of 6WC-30Y-G high range sprayer, which is developed by author. It is found that we can effectively pick images of spraying target in good use of fractal technology and color degree factor, and effectively control spraying process. The result showed that the research method has merits of effective and high reliability in tracking the target and changing the liquid. The total studies of the thesis is described as following:In the aspect of dealing with target information: firstly, point out that the form characteristic is not only exist in outer contour of crown and leaves of some tree, but also in chroma distribution of images; then analyze the fractal calculation on the basis of spray target,pieces of image and gray degree, respectively. In the aspect of color degree factor, point out that with regard to tree target, the color factor R-G distribute under the zero axis, on the contrary, to the background, the color factor R-G distribute above the zero axis. The height and width of target image can be acquired respectively by studying the horizontal ash degree projection curve diagram and the perpendicular ash degree projection curve diagram. The experience showed that the examination imagine is relatively clear because of taking well account of fractal distribution range on the basis of image fractal range, which illuminate that noise has hardly influence on withdrawing the edge.In the aspect of precision spray design, analyze the target movement method of input variables: the fractal size,color degree factor,target breadth,target form heart,vehicle speed and target distance etc, on the basis of fuzzy control technology. Utilize color degree factor and fractal dimension to control spray drug valve, and really make precision spray mission come true. Considering the distributing character of target image color degree array, point out to change the color degree distribution to create a joint driving signal. Based on the fuzzy characteristics of each parameter, discussed the exportation function theoretically under the whole parameter importation information. The simulation experiment proved that the research method could effectively improve target precision, satisfy the dynamic adjusting about the medicine liquid and spray press. So it can reach the purpose of precision spray.
