Cucumber(Cucumis Sativas L.) is one of the main planting species in greenhouse vegetable production and its economic benefit is remarkable. But because of economic benefit and unscientific cultivation method, soil health become worse and soil sickness have been appeared. This phenomenon constraint on greenhouse vegetable sustainable development. So using soil amendment to enhance continuous cucumber cropping soil and make the soil keeping health, to product healthy crop have become a problem.In this study, we used continuous cropping cucumber soil as study object, catch wheat, lime nitrogen degassing and straw reactor as amendment during summer leisure. To study the effect of these soil amendments on different continuous cropping years cucumber sproduction and cucumber soil physicochemical property, enzymatic activity, MB, the content of phenolic compound, microbial community size and structure, in order to evaluate the effect of these soil amendments on keeping soil health. And provide theoretical basis and technical support for sustainable use of greenhouse vegetable cultivation.The main results are as follows:(1) Catch wheat, lime nitrogen degassing and straw reactor all had no obvious effect on cucumber growth on first year, but had significantly effect on second year.(2) All the treatments improved 6 years continous cropping cucumber soil p H, lime nitrogen treatment increased soil EC; catch wheat decreased soil available nutrient accumulation, increased soil organic matter content, while lime nitrogen and straw had no obvious law.(3) Catch wheat could significantly increase the activities of soil urease, sucrase and catalase activities; Lime nitrogen treatment could increase soil ALP and catalase activities on 60 d of first year; straw reactor treatment could increase the activity of soil catalase,while suppress the other soil enzymatic activities at the same time.(4) All the treatments had positive effect on 6 years continuous cropping cucumber soil phenolic compound accumulation, but had negative effect on 8 years continuous cropping cucumber soil during first year. Only catch wheat suppress phenolic compound content in second year.(5) All the treatments could increase soil MBC, except lime nitrogen had no obviously effect on 120 d of second year, strew reactor had no effect during second year, that proved it had no long-term efficacy. Strew reactor had significantly effect on 6 years continuous cropping cucumber soil MBN, catch wheat could significantly increase 8 years continuous cropping cucumber soil MBN.All the amendments could increased soil bacterial size and decreased soil fungi size, had promoting impact on soil healthy bacteria and lime nitrogen treatment could inhibite fusarium. oxysporum size on 8a continuous cropping cucumber soil. Different soil amendment changed soil bacterial and fungal community structure, especially lime nitrogen treatment, catch wheat and strew reactor had same influence.In conclusion the results showed that different soil amendment had great promoting effect on different years of continuous cropping cucumber soil health keeping, in which catch wheat had the best effect on controlling soil nutrient losing and improving soil enzyme activities; lime nitrogen treatment could suppress wilt on 8a continuous cropping cucumber and improve soil microbial community structure; strew reactor only had effect in first year. So, we should choose suitable soil amendment on practical application.
