Straw biological reactor is one technology to achieve vegetable products with high yield,high quality and pollution-free.By applying this technology,Straw is depraved into CO2,temperature and organic nutrients needed for the growth of vegetable products by adding bacteria and catalysts.However,in the concrete implementation process,there are different problems.such as large labor intensity and low operating efficiency,which hinders seriously promotion of straw biological reactor.Therefore,a complete equipment for straw biological reactor is urgently needed in the market.Faced with agronomic requirements of straw biological reactor,in this paper,the following research is done:(1)Combined with agricultural machinery and agronomic requirements,A all-in-one machine for straw reactor is designed.It mainly includes ditching device,feeding device,covering device,compacting former.It can complete multiple processes,such as straw reactor's ditching,feeding,bacteria's uniformly spraying,straw's covering,mound'forming by compacting.(2)Ditching mode for loosing ahead and Turning behind is determined.Structure design of each device is carried out for all-in-one machine.Because of the post-autumn operating environment where upper layer of soil is loose and lower layer is hard.The whole machine adopts operation way that subsoiler breaks ground and 25 kW tractor pulls moldboard opener with the speed of 0.2~1.5m/s.Feeding device includes straw-blocking mechanism and uniformly bacteria-spraying mechanism driven by Dc motor and sprocket.Feeding device is simple and overcomes the problem of ground wheel driving in the loose soil;structure of covering device is simple and adjustable;adaptable compacting former includes compressed springs and scraper clods.(3)A joint simulation of EDEM/FEM based on coupling algorithm is carried out for subsoiler and moldboard opener to reduce the power consumption and check intensity.A uniform design method is adopted to change the performance parameters of moldboard opener.Firstly,EDEM simulation is carried out for ditching process and optimum model parameters are obtained with lowest power consumption.Finally,through exporting stress datas by EDEM,meshing by Hypermesh and solution by ANSYS Workbench,Three softwares joint simulation is realized for check intensity of subsoiler and moldboard opener under optimal parameters.(4)The performance tests of key device of whole machine are carried out.According to the structure parameters and working principle of ditching-covering device.Single factor experiments are carried out to study distance from subsoiler to plow,operation speed,Angle between the cladding plates 3 key factors influencing the effect of ditching-covering device.On the basis of single factor experiment.Response surface optimization analysis is used by the Design-Expert8.0.5b and mathematical model is built between three factors with performance indicators,The influence of three factors on power consumption,straw uniformity and earthing difference are analyzed.and the experimental results are optimized,finally get the optimal working parameters combination of ditching-covering device.
