In the rice production process, it need ridge for soil preparation. In our company, for rice planting, it always use manual ridging, high labor intensity, low efficiency, work quality is difficult to guarantee. Heilongjiang province is one of the national commodity grain production bases. In recent years, more dry land into paddy in northern, so it made more urgent requirements for ridger. At present, it is lack of research of ridging mechanical and technical, which is suitable for northern paddy soil environment in domestic and foreign. And the theory and test research of the ridge set of soil volume, soil collection quantity and soil compaction into ridge technology is not perfect. In order to solve the difficult problem of ridging, and promote the development of rice production mechanization, so it has studied on paddy ridger.For the study, reviewed a large number of relevant literature, acknowledge and analysis the development trend of ridging machine and the existing problems in domestic and external field According to the agronomic needs of the northern paddy production, started with the structure and working principle of the key components of paddy ridger which rotary-cut and collection soil device and soil compacting and ridging device, through the method of theoretical analysis, virtual simulation and test with a combination of research on its mechanism, set up and optimized the ridger under the conditions of the key components is feasible, at the same time, also on the related test verification. This research mainly carries out the following work:(1)According the working target that ridging and lateral soil collection and paddy field working conditions, described the work principle of rotary-cut collection device. Analyzed the key components that collection soil curved knife, and got the information that collection soil curved knife on the effect of soil throwing process, optimized the curved knife structure. Designed the structure of rotary-cut collection soil device, determined the parameters such as curved knife arrangement and working width. According to rotary-cut collection soil device effect, it can divide two parts, collection soil and cutting soil, and introduced each parts structure characteristics(2)Through the analysis of soil compaction mechanism, clear that the advantages and disadvantages of two methods which static compaction and vibration compaction, and analysis the effect factors of compacting quality. Established three-dimensional model of the compacting disk, and analyzed the discs stress condition during working, and got operating conditions that compacting comments can roll forward. According to agronomic ridge size requirements, designed the structure of compacting component.(3)In order to the northeast area farming soil as research object, used the knowledge and theories of soil physics and dynamics, simplified stress model of soil particles in the moving process. In order to soil physical parameters as the basis, and made virtual experiments of rotary-cut curved knife throwing soil by the ways of discrete element method and simulation software EDEM, and analyzed soil particle state and collection soil effect after rotary-cutting.(4)In order to the test of rotary-cut collection soil and compacting soil in the soil bin tester, to explore the device forward speed and roller speed on the effect of collection soil volume and power consumption, as well as the device forward speed and compaction discs roller speed on the effect of soil firmness. Analyzed and processed the experiment data by application of Design-Expert 8.0.6 software. In order to ridge size and required amount of soil as the constraint conditions, used multi-objective optimization method to optimized the models, and got the optimum combination of factors to meet the performance index.(5)Rearranged the paddy ridger structure to make sure the space is reasonable and the structure is compact and the various components without interference, and made some ridging tests in the field. Processed the soil index data of machine operation ridge by Design-Expert 8.0.6 software, and compared with the test results in the soil bin. The tests shows that the corresponding trends is same, the machine operation effect is good, and the paddy ridging meet the requirements of production agriculture.
