Wheat is one of the most important food crops of humankind, and it is the staple food of more than one third of the world’s population. The main origin of wheat are the United States, China and the former Soviet Union and various regions have a large area of wheat in China a-nd which is one of the major food crops. As the first part of wheat planting, the sowing plays an important role in the yield of wheat. In recent years, with the continuous development of a-gricultural economy, as well as the increasing requirements of the yield of wheat, the traditi-onal seeder has been difficult to meet the needs of society, therefore it is particularly importa-nt to design the new efficient machine.At present, most of the present seeders use the land wheel to drive mechanical metering devices. More than 30% percent of the soil surface through conservation tillage after harvest without plowing fields are covered with stubble in field work, straw mulch surface and su-rface irregularities, and many other factors may cause the wheel to rotate unsteady, the larger amount of the slip, resulting in the leakage of sowing seeds phenomenon and the seeding uni-formity can’t be guaranteed. In addition, the seeding rate was usually changed by mechanical governor in the production, by changing the transmission ratio through the shift mechanism, therefore to change the speed of seed, and this method is not accurate enough to adjust the sp-acing and the transmission mechanism is easy to fail, which is difficult to achieve the require-ments of precision seeding. In view of the above problems and on the base of a large number of the seeding system at home and abroad at present, this paper designed a set of double preci-sion seeding intelligent control system of wheat.The core of control section is MK60 while seeding by DC motor drives, and the encoder could collect real-time speed and the motor speed respectively; In addition, to control the mo-tor speed according to the planting distance and the corresponding relation of seeding quantity, so as to realize precision seeding. The entire control section is equipped with Bluetooth wirel-ess transmission, assisted with sound and light alarm and other auxiliary functions. And its operation can be displayed by LCD. The results showed that the machine is stable and reliable at work and it can meet the requirements set at planting.The project designed and researched the double precision seeding control system with a new concept that combined the advanced measurement and control technology of sensor, the wireless transmission technology and the automatic control technology, which improved the performance of the system, so as to realize the automation and intelligence of precision seeder.
