Solar greenhouse industry, as the main industry of facility agriculture in China, has become one of the most productive agriculture in planting industry. It has made great contribution to solving the long-standing problems of vegetables supply difficulties in northern China and improving income level of farmers. Therefore, China has paid more attention to the research of industrial technology in solar greenhouse.Because the greenhouse is a relatively closed environment, the humidity condition is relatively high in winter inside greenhouse. High humidity provides very favorable conditions for microbial breeding, at the same time it will lead to frequent crop pests. Humidity of greenhouse affects the crop transpiration and soil evaporation, and is related to the intensity of photosynthesis of crops, and even endangers the plant life. Research shows that more than 6 hours of 93% humidity, which will seriously affect the growth of crops. However, the humidity of greenhouse in northern China is more than 95%, so it has great practical dehumidification significance of Greenhouse in winter.At present, traditional methods of dehumidification in China are vent-ilation dehumidification, cultivation dehumidification and plastic film mulching dehumidification. But these methods are easy to change the temperature, difficult to manage and has poor effect of dehumidification. In foreign countries, most of them adopt compression dehumidification, electrostatic dehumidification, and moderate nitrogen dehumidification. The final part of the compression dehumidification is still cooling dehumidification, which will affect the temperature in greenhouse; electrostatic dehumidifying vulnerable in security; moderate nitrogen dehumidification is harmful for aerobic strong crop.According to the above problems, this project put forward a new dehumidification mode, which is internal circulating dehumidification mode. This project also develops internal circulating type greenhouse dehumidification equipment. Internal circulation greenhouse dehumidification equipment includes two parts:the dehumidification and intelligent controller. Equipment circulation patterns within the filtration of the moist air in the greenhouse, uses dehumidifying technology to remove water molecules in the air. And the use of desiccant wheel heat generated heat achieves the purpose of dehumidification. Dehumidification part is the main body of the device, perform the part of dehumidification task. In the design of the structure, the characteristics of this part is small, high efficiency, low cost. Intelligent controller is the command center, to achieve control of the dehumidification part. The intelligent controller can be divided into local control and remote monitoring center. The designers pay much attention to the cost of equipment, the cost is an important indicator to measure the performance of the equipment, and strive to minimize the cost of the equipment. Experimental results of dehumidification equipment used in the greenhouse show that the equipment, dehumidifying effect is good, has the very good application value.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1) Analyzes the purpose and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad to understand the greenhouse dehumidification. Summarizes the current mainstream dehumidification technology, introduces the dehumidifying technology, and expounds the main research content and ideas.2) Describes in detail the working principle and structure of internal circulating type greenhouse dehumidification equipment.3)Designs the special scene and remote control system, realizes the intelligent control equipment, and realizes the remote data transmission and storage.4) Uses internal circulation type to do desiccant experiments, analyzes experimental data and makes an evaluation to the performance of the equipment.
