The results showed that:Researching different harvest time, the change of secondary metabolites about Mongolia astragalus root, the growth index, the change of production situation,the study can determine the reasonable harvest time of Mongolia astragalus membranaceus.In consideration of the root of remembranous milk vetch under the premise of quality and yield, the results indicate that the growth index and secondary metabolites accumulation in late September and early October in more, so harvesting the annual Mongolia astragalus in late September and early October is more reasonable. Study of different fertilizer treatments on Mongolian astragalus membranaceus secondary metabolites as well as the growth index, effect of production, the results show that the high phosphorus high potassium and low nitrogen fertilization scheme contribute most to annual Mongolia astragalus plant height, root length, root diameter, dry weight increasing, which help the growth of Mongolian astragalus membranaceus. Root-shoot ratio with no fertilizer is the largest one, the root-shoot ratio of single nitrogen is minimum, suggesting that k, phosphorus, potassium phosphate with high or low nitrogen phosphorus potassium can promote photosynthetic products from the aerial parts to the root.From the different fertilizer treatments on the content of astragalus polysaccharides, saponins, flavonoids, the effect of comprehensive high nitrogen high phosphorus and low potassium is as the best ratio of fertilizer,And is the most benefit at the root of remembranous milk vetch plants to achieve excellent quality.A single application of nitrogen fertilizer promoted the growth of the aerial parts of Mongolia Astragalus, phosphate, potash, high-low nitrogen phosphorus potassium will help Mongolia Astragalus root growth.and with the Cooperating Nã€Pã€K applicated,It Promoted the growth of Mongolia Astragalus strongestly.
