Abies fargesii as the evergreen trees, is an important timber species and with economic tree species. This study collected from cortex phellodendri tableland of shaanxi taibai forestry forest farm of A. fargesii needles for material, studied the A. fargesii needles alcohol extraction liquid antioxidant, antibacterial activity; Compared the hot reflux extraction and ultrasonic assisted extraction of two extraction yield of extraction process, through orthogonal test to determine the size of the various factors that affect heat reflux extraction, and through the response surface method to screen the ultrasonic assisted extraction using the best condition of static methods for purification of bashan fir needles polyphenols macroporous resin for selection. Obtain the following results:(1)A. fargesii needles polyphenols has stronger antioxidant and antibacterial ability. The remove of DPPH free radical IC50 was 0.0782μg/m L, ability to remove ABTS radical was 2096.47±7.24μmol Trolox /g, reducing power is: y=4.0286x+0.0087, R2=0.9976. The minimum bacteriostasis concentration of A. fargesii needles polyphenol for bacillus subtilis is 13.925 mg/m L, the minimum bacteriostasis concentration for e.coli was 33.42 mg/m L. The minimum bacteriostatic concentration for Salmonella enteritidis enteritis subspecies, liszt, pneumonic diplococcus, streptococcus faecalis is 25.065 mg/m L.(2)The compare of hot reflux and ultrasonic assisted extraction of A. fargesii polyphenols.The comparison of two kinds of process, in time, temperature, solid-liquid ratio, alcohol concentration, hot reflux extraction yield were significantly greater than the ultrasonic assisted extraction and extraction yield. In each factors of thermal reflow test on the polyphenol extraction yield influence size order: solid-liquid ratio > extraction time > ethanol concentration > extraction temperature, through the response surface method to screen out the best condition of ultrasonic assisted extraction is: temperature 66 ℃, 52% ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio 1:40 min 51 g/m L, extraction time, ultrasonic power 350 w, extraction yield of 9.005%.(3)Macroporous adsorption resin can be used for the purification of A. fargesii needles polyphenols. The adsorption rate respectively were 87.49%, 88.12%, 88.25%, 89.75%, 87.85% of the macroporous adsorption resin of DM-2, AB- 8, NKA- 9, D101 and HPD-400. The resolution rate respectively were 87.49%, 88.12%, 88.25%, 89.75%, 87.85% of the macroporous adsorption resin of DM-2, AB- 8, NKA- 9, D101 and HPD-400.
